I ordered from JuicyVapor.com on Wed night, I saw their turn around time was 2-3 days so I was like that's fine I'm not in such a rush. I see that the order is still not shipped by Saturday so I'm thinking well I guess is gonna be Monday which is already late because that's already three days from the order. So I was like okay the website says is shipped on Monday. Well today Tuesday I received the email confirmation saying the order was shipped today. At this point I'm angry now because I mean how long they said 2-3 days? Try 3-5? Really disappointing. I don't think Im gonna order from them again, the prices are pretty decent and everything I think the shipping is a little expensive, but I gave them a try and well didn't really work well. I ordered from AVE yesterday Monday and it was shipped today, so I mean compared with others that's pretty bad. I sent them an email and lets see what happens. Here is what I said:

"I never complain about anything with suppliers, I'm usually easy going and patient. I understood the turn around time when I placed the order, so I was like is okay no rush, I placed order on Thursday morning by morning I mean you guys haven't even opened yet it was like 4am the order number is 7803. Well I'm thinking is going to be sent maybe Saturday at the LATEST which it would be late already Monday, because 2-3 days is Thursday Friday and Saturday. But I was like whatever if it leaves on Monday is all good. I see my order status shipped on Monday the 19th so I was like okay cool, a little sad about it but okay. Today I get an email saying my order was shipped, on Tuesday, Guys come on. One thing I hate is when people lie to me. The turn around time is not 2-3 try maybe 3-5 days? Thursday, Friday Saturday and Monday, I know you guys don't work on Sunday which is completely fine. But we are talking 4 days for my order to be completed and shipped? Very very disappointing, Anthony and Brad I understand running a business is not easy, but don't put 2-3 days guys when you know you cannot meat those goals. I don't think I'm going to be ordering here again."

Let's see what they say. Again very disappointing

Juicy vapors makes EVERYTHING TO ORDER. The juice is not sitting there waiting for you. If this is your first time ordering they had sent out e-mails to all their regular customers last week saying they were a bit behind because of some staffing changes. I enjoy most of the juices I get from them and I hope you do as well and at least reconsider your point of view.

This is getting to be the norm with vendors imo. The mixing / waiting times seem to be increasing as vaping gains in popularity. I really wish some of these companies would just offer some of their more popular flavors in X blend in 12 and 24mg and be done with it.

I miss the days when you just ordered what mg you wanted and it shipped the next day and was ready to vape when you got it. Choice of vg/pg, mg/ml and extra flavor are great options but sometimes you just want some good ready to vape juice in your mailbox asap imo.

There are some of those kinda places out there, Juicy vapors caters to me. I don't have a problem with that. If I wanted what was sitting in someones cabinet waiting I'd just run up to the mall and buy the pg crap they got there but I don't. I want something that has body to it(vg) when I blow it out and doesn't taste like crap. JMO

I've ordered from Juciy Vapors myself...a couple of times actually...and yes, everytime I check my account...it has not yet been shipped, it takes about a week for my orders to be shipped, but I really like their prices.
I did speak to Brad though and he stated that they're backed up in orders, low employees, etc.
I would e-mail Brad, he is very understanding...let him know, maybe he will offer you a coupon code on your next order, it doesn't hurt to ask....I sure did ;)

Calico I understand and believe me I like everything made to order. But other companies do the same and don't take so long. Now I never got the email about the staffing change, so I guess is even more difficult to get things in order. I don't have a problem with waiting, but I wasn't sent an email or anything, plus the website said 2-3 days so I'm sitting on the dark about everything thinking on Saturday Monday at the most is gonna be shipped. I'm gonna wait for the package and see what happens and if they sent any explanation or maybe some sample to make up for it, so depending on everything and the response I get back from the email I send back they might get one more order from me to test them again. I like my stuff fresh not sitting on a shelf, makes me really know my order is really what I ordered. Again let's see what happens.

I did send them an email to both of them Brad and Anthony, and I'm hoping for a good response, or maybe they even sent me something special in the package depending on how they answer respond I will give them another shot. Or maybe their juice is so good that I cannot resist not to order. Is just for me customer service is a big thing you know? Really got me the whole 2-3 days and it took almost 2 days more. Hopefully what I ordered is good lol.

As one in a mail order business (non vaping): We are NOT open on Saturday, or Sunday or in the evening. 2-3 days means WORKING days to us. So if we get an order after 5 PM on Wednesday, that means we got it Thursday. 3 days after that would be Tuesday.

Don't understand why everyone expects these suppliers to be open 24 hours a day 7 days a week ! They have a life too.

(Maybe they should clarify and say "working days." )

You are a little mis informed in your information there. We never work weekends when it comes to internet orders, they are processed Monday – Friday ONLY. So Saturday and Sunday do not count. Yes our retail location may be open on Saturday, but that is retail staff, not internet staff.

You placed your order on September 15th at 2:15am and we shipped it on Sept 20 early am as we had issue with postal software on the 19th.

Even so, we were on morning of day 4.

We take an approach of making each individual bottle and are not just throwing bottles in a box and mailing it out. This is an artisan approach that happens 1 bottle at a time. If you do not like this, and can not handle that we may be 1 day out of our quoted time, then sobeit. We value each and every customer we have, but we are not going to be called liars when we state that the turn around time changes time to time. It used to state we did not work weekends in web manufacturing, but I will be sure to clearly explain that on the website.

Well I guess last time for me there, instead of explaining me a little and saying they apologize for the inconvenience, he tells me I'm mis informed of course I am, because your website is mis informing costumers and second I never got an email saying that the order was going to be late or something. So I'm suppose to be the guilty one here? Very very unpleased with the customer service.

Their website says the only day they don't work is Sunday, he says on the response email that it use to say now it doesn't. I don't expect them to work 24/7, I work in sales with my own business.
