I am new to the e-cig scene and made the mistake of starting with a Blu cig. It was OK but just didn't have all the hit and life that i was looking for after researching some more. I found JuicyVapor.com and placed an order for a 510 PCC kit. The pricing is fair, and they took all the coupon codes I could throw at them. I received the order 2 days after purchasing, another reason I chose them as they are on the east coast. After using my 510, my fiance wanted to upgrade as well, so I order a T-Rex for myself and gave her my 510. Now here comes the fantastic part. I ordered the unit in steal color, they actually called me on the phone today to tell me that they didn't have stock in steal. They already shipped me one in black and would send me the steal when it comes in with a return postage to return the black one! Now that is customer service! Not to mention I have order several bottles of juice from them and they have all been excellent quality. I actually won the 1000th order contest and received 5 free bottles of juice of my choice too! It says a lot when you can call and speak to someone these day, especially from a web site. They even gave me some tips on tweaking my 510, straw mod, which worked perfect. I would recommend them to anyone looking for juice or products. Great guys!!!!

Welcome, Sopper! Glad to hear they're treating you right! From what I hear, you ought to really enjoy the T-Rex.

I'm sorry to say that I didn't enjoy one out of the 8 juices I ordered from Juicy Vapor. they all had the same distinct taste .. sort of boozy / vanilla. I'm not the only vaper in my household either, and my partner feels the same way I do. We're going to toss them out - they're that bad.

.. now it's possible that if I made a formal complaint they might resolve it, so I'm not slamming the owners or anything.. (I'm not going to mention it to them.. I'm just not going to do business with them again.)

Sorry to make a negative post but I thought I'd maybe save someone the trouble of jumping in and wasting their money.

DANG...I was trying to win the 1000th customer contest! I do order from them, but I have found their juice to be inconsistent. Some are EXCELLENT. I love the coconut, pineapple and peach. Some I found to be weak in the flavor department like the mango and amaretto. Some were so bad that I just couldn't finish them like the strawberry and creme soda. They both had an acrid taste to them. Glad you've had good luck so far!
