Just a quick "Thank You"

Just want to thank all the mod's and other folks who work so hard to make this forum. I'm hardly conservative but I do know how to behave in public. Looking at the "other" forum I was shocked at the nastyness,profanity and generally crude and stupid behavour that is allowed. I am truely thankfull for a place to come for honest answers,sound advice and for the most part, friendly people. We all loose out tempers or post stupid things once in awhile. But I love how on this forum we can come back and apologize and all is forgiven.

I hope that others will take a minute to post here and thank all the people behind the scenes. I can tell you from experience that modding a forum is a full time job!

I love this forum from the way it`s ran. Some rules seem stiff but when you really look at why they have them it`s what makes this forum what it is.

I was going to make a separate thread for this, but I suppose I can just add it in here.

Not to down-play the efforts of the other admins, but how frigging awesome is DonDaBoomVape? I know his 6-part intro to vaping really helped me get started, and it's what I point anybody at who is interested in taking it up.

I was just going through the ask-the-experts forum and came across this thread. What kind of guy goes to that much trouble to thoroughly answer (with pics!) a question that has certainly been answered a hundred times already? An awesome guy, that's what kind. This forum is incredibly noob-friendly in general, but Don in particular is the absolute best.

It means a lot to hear something other than being called a Nazi, etc. I am sure all of the other mods and admins feel the same way too.

Timtam....I'm sorry to hear that you have to deal with that kind of thing...although I know it happens. I'm happy that this thread can bring a small measure of comfort.

There are also alot of supporting members that are not mods who patiently and kindly put up with all manner of grief yet continue to spend much time answering the same questions over and over...always with kindness and grace. I know because I have asked all the questions and had the same people answer them....and never made me feel silly or patronised me. Your too many to list but I do hope you all know who you are. Thank you too!

Many thanks for your patience with answering the questions of new posters. Every time I've had a question, sure enough I find that it's already been asked by someone else, and answered in detail.
