Glad to be here. Been lurking. Figured I should get posting. My name is Freddy and smoked for 30 years. I'm from Poway Cali but reside in Virginia beach Va. Last month I decided to quit and try the e cig thing. Got me a unit with a cheap tank and used it for a couple days til I met a guy using a dripper. He let me try it. I fell in love. With the dripper not him. Lol. He sold one of his beaters. It was a TEC mech mod with a chimbus. Week later I upgraded to a poldiac. Freddy model. Just worked out that way. Was meant to be I guess. Then I got 2 clones. Chi and nemmy. Fast forward to about a little over a month into it and I now have a turtleship, poldiac and in transit. An authentic chi, nemmy and gold ba gua. I love clouds and sub ohming. I learned a lot in a short period of time. From lurking on boards YouTube and the guy who pushed me down this slippery slope. I been getting really good at builds. I really like this hobby and don't even care to smoke. Not even a crave. So weird. This really works. But it's killing my bank account haha. Thanks for having me.

Welcome and congratulations! Wow! sub-ohms, building coils, real-deal Nemesis mods! Sounds like you jumped right into the deep end of the pool. I started on the steps in the shallow end and in four months have gone from Blu's to egos to Itaste VV to vamo to a Nemmy clone and from evods, to protanks and vivis and then into the genesis style attys.

It is a wonderful journey and i agree it's almost weird to not have had a single craving or care about smokes after 27 years at a pack a day! Any question you have you will find the answer in this forum! Keep moving forward and keep on vaping, once you find the perfect set-up the expenses go way down.

Sounds like you have a lil guardian vapor angel guiding you! I coulda used one! Didn't waste too much money to get where I am at, but also not into the more advanced stuff that you are either. Kinda jealous! lol I had my last analog in April and was surprised how easy(kinda) that switching to vaping was. Very glad I made the switch. As to saving money, prob not yet, but I am good in supplies for @least 3 months, but still spend money on toys and juices to change it up. fun stuff! Post any tips you have from a newer vaper as to the "jumps" that are worthwhile for the vaping exsperience. Thanks!
