Hey guys. I said I would do it and I did it. Bought a Kanger subox Mini with 12mg nicotine 50/50 dragonfruit e juice. I've been using a 7 watt ECTO clearomizer and let me tell you what a difference the Kanger makes. I complained about the ECTO at 12mg not giving me the "buzz" I needed even after puffing for 45 minutes but that is no longer a problem nor does it even come close to being a problem with this Kanger. Heck, 12mg may even be too much for me and I've been a pack a day smoker for 7+ years. At 26w and with full air intake I can say that this thing hits and feels like a champ. I want to thank everyone for all of their info and support and at 4:05PM I threw my last Newport cigarette out the window. I'm crazy excited and if anyone has more to say about the Kanger or any suggestions regarding the use of, I would love to hear it!

Awesome, glad to hear you're finding success. Toldja it's a nice device.

Also yeah, 12mg nic is pretty darn high in a sub-ohm tank/a lung-hit device (in my opinion). You might be a bit more comfortable around 6 or so, that's what people tend to go to in sub-ohm tanks.

I've been having problems getting off the darts too after smoking for the past 9 year and the past 4 have been 1.5-2 packs a day. Had evods in the past but they didn't cut it after a couple coronas and no matter the time off smokes(60-120 days usually) I'd be back on full force within 12 hrs of that 'cheater' cig. Glad to say the VW game and box mods have kept me straight for a while(and I've quickly gone from 24mg-6mg subohming). This is a hobby that not only increases your lifespan but also makes you smell 100x better. Keep on fighting those darts, they're a b*tch...

for a rough rule of thumb: you can aim for 100 wattmilligrams
26 watts x 12mg = approx 300 wattmilligrams; yes that will probably feel strong.

at 26 watts you might want more like 4mg; 6 mg would put you in the right ballpark

I still think Kanger tanks are the best on the market. Every tank has their pluses and minuses, but the minuses on the kanger tanks are so small. Not only do they offer an RBA section, but the OCC coils can be rebuilt.

You can also buy colorfull o-rings, acrylic tanks, or even Subtank wraps.

Very versatile, highly customizable, and just a plain good ole tank.

Whoa, 12mg nic!! But GREAT choice on the Subox. I got both colors, black/white, and black/red. Couldn't be happier.
Goodbye Newports! Kanger is a great brand, and the RBA that comes with it is AWESOME.

4:05PM on a Thursday sounds like a Great Time to Give Up Cigarettes.

Right On Joray12!

I think I'll go to 6mg next time and try higher vg. I find myself puffing away non stop though. Gotta control that.

Even try 3 mg nic...if you're chain vaping, especially since the clouds are pretty dense once you go up in VG. It kinda evens out...less nic, but fuller clouds. Hope I'm explaining that right.

Unless you are getting Nicotine Headaches, I would be Cautious about dropping the Nicotine too much until you have At Least 30 Days Cigarette Free.

Chain Vape if you have to. Just Don't Smoke a Cigarette.

Agree. When I first quit I sometimes had to chain vape like my life depended on it but it quickly gets easier.

Yeah... to Me, quitting Smoking falls in the "Whatever it Takes" category.

Because if someone can Just Get to 30 Days, their Chances of Never Smoking again go up Exponentially.
