I plan on cutting down the nic in my juices until I'm down to 0mg, but I believe that will probably take a while for me to do. Either way it's not really the nic that is terrible for you, it's the 4000 other chemicals in burning tobacco. I just started vaping recently and have cut down to about 1 analog a day from 1-2 PAD. And the only reason I have the 1 analog a day is if my batteries die, and my roommates happen to go for a smoke before they are charged enough to use.

Has anybody tried vaping the 0 nic liquids while wearing a nicotine patch? Ive been vaping for 3 weeks using 12mg liquid. have not smoked a single analog. eventualy would lke to be nicotine free once off the patch.

Just curious, why the patch?

Why not just step down the nic level vaping without using the patch?

I have tried everthing out there to quit smoking in the past and had good results with the patch but, always missed the cig in my hand. guess its a psychological thing. i enjoy vaping but don't want to be dependant on it. if that makes any sense:?:

For me being dependent on vaping really isn't that much of an issue. I was dependent on analogs, now I'm dependent on something way better for you than tobacco. However I do understand what you are saying. I think that even if I make it down to 0 nic liquid I will still vape for the flavors.
