OMG!

It's nice.

.54 ohms - only needs 27 watts to pull A LOT of flavor out of some Velvet Cloud Burley beard.

ETA - second build - this one on a Lush Plus. Two Claptons. Take more watts but also has nice flavor and relatively cool draw.

I didn't wind these Claptons BTW - they came with the Lush and seem pretty good.

Also that first deck looks it has some good airflow and some space will probably function better with two coils. But one is fine!!!
Yes - the first deck is something I got at my local vape shop. It's an "Indulgence Mutation" or something. Yes, it's got all kinds of air flow! It actually comes with little silicone stoppers you can use to block off the bottom ports.

I blocked off the empty side. Then used the space for more wicking.

I'm messing around with single coil VS dual coil, so I figured this would be good to play with.

The Lush is a BEAST! There's these huge ports on the bottom and no way to block them off. It hits hard but smooth. First time I hit it I got a little dizzy from the nicotine!

I *think* that RBAs atomize better than those factory "drop in coil assemblies."

There's just a lot more surface area is my guess as to why.

ETA - I don't know if this is some wierd electrical thing or whatever, but even with my old Baby Beast, I noticed that I get the best hits when my wattage is high enough to draw about 3.7 volts.

I'm getting the same thing here. I just start low on the wattage and increase until the mod is between 3.6 and 3.8 volts.

I think the math is telling me I like a heat flux around 300.

Dumb question: do people take off the deck cover to drip juice on these things? On the Lush it looks like both sides share the same well and you can just drip right on top of the center posts.

These are my first RBAs.

The choice is yours drip through or pop off the cap cap and give you're coils a good glaze , and have you tried spiral coils super easy to make and good flavour ,length of 26 gauge wire quad folded spin in a drill with pliers on the end an some tension an your done
