Just Dont Get It

Ok I've just registered to this forum yesterday and I still have some questions. I have read and read and think Im just missing it somewhere and would like some help. Im trying to buy an e cig and from what Im reading the best is the joye 510 and yes this is my first e cig. Now the cartridges. I've been looking at different vendors and some say the cartridges vary from low to high what does this mean? Second the liquid, I know the taste comes from the liquid, but also does the strength of the vapor come from the liquid or the cartridges themselves and do you need the liquid? Now if the liquid is needed, I smoke anywhere from to 6 to 7 analogs a day and those being malboro reds. What type of liquid or cartridges would I need. Any help would be appreciated Thanks
