• Need help from former MFS (MyFreedomSmokes) customers

Has any found a supplier or company that has tobacco e-juice like or very similar to MFS Turbosmog, Tall Paul, or Red Luck?

Just dropped 200 bucks on my first setup... How do you think I did?

Hello all! This is my first post. I've been lurking for a few weeks, getting the gist on the lingo and whatnot. After reading many of the excellent recommendations, for my very first setup, I chose to go with the following. I hope I've made good choices.

1 Ego Twist - 1000 mah - Stainless Steel
1 Ego Twist - 650 mah - Stainless Steel
1 USB Ego Charger
2 Shorty Cones (for use with cartomizers to hide the ego threads)
10 Boge 510 Regular Resistance coils - Stainless Steel
5 Boge 510 Low Resistance Coils - Stainless Steel
1 510 Joye Atomizer (for testing juices)
2 Vision Clearomizers, Version2 (all the V3's are sold out everywhere it seems) - Smoky Black Color
2 Chrome Drip-Tips
5 Needle Dripping tops for juice bottles

I compared the prices between five vendors listed on the forum suppliers page and bought the majority of the equipment from litecigusa. The clearomizers came from myvaporstore.

I bought 12 juices from Mt. Baker Vapor listed as follows:

555 Tobacco
RY4 Tobacco
Vanilla Tobacco
Rum Tobacco
Courmarin Pipe Tobacco
Butterscotch Tobacco
Blueberry
Pear
Green Apple
Caramel Coffee
Banana Nut Bread
French Vanilla

So, did I choose well? Is there anything I forgot? What should I get on my next payday? :toast:

Thanks and I look forward to quitting these horrible analogs and learning about the wonderful world of vaping from all of the knowledgeable members here!

Looks like a good spread! You've definitely got plenty to keep you busy for awhile. Congrats on making the switch and welcome to ECF :D
Looks like an awesome start! I wasted $200 on disposables and cigalike kits that sucked before I found this forum. You did the right thing before you ordered! You will be busy vaping in no time!

I spent around $200 on my first purchase. My thinking is vaping is similar to going camping. Want to make sure you have everything you need before you are out in the middle of no where.

My failure was not ordering the juices I liked from the samples right away and ended up vaping samples I didn't care for until my shipment came in.

You are in for a trip. Congrats!

Good choice going straight for the twists. I bought standard eGo batteries at first (non VV) and since receiving the twists I don't use the standard batt's very much at all. It is hard to believe the differenence a few 10ths of a volt can make. I generally keep the twists around 4.2 volts and they are awesome. Congats on the leap to the vapor trail!

Thank you all so much! I feel more confident knowing that I chose a good start-up! I can't wait until everything comes in and I can leave these horrible cigs behind me. I smoked for seven years, then quit for nine years, then started smoking again a year ago. Stupid. But, I've got three more analog smokers switching back and forth now between analogs and disposables and once I blaze the trail, I know I'll be able to add three more vapers to the team!

Vaping satisfies multiple needs on my part - the nicotine, obviously, but also a voracious DIY spirit (I just know I'll eventually start building mods and mixing juices). I'm a techie by trade, so having cool devices to play with is just right up my alley. I can see this is going to be a fantastic hobby.

Thank you all for commenting and giving your seal of approval, it really means a lot to this noob. :)

Thats funny that you refer to this as a hobby. After making three online orders in my first week (which was last week by the way) my wife said "Your not turning this into a hobby, are you?" She knows me too well!!
