A little math, of course. Given that the best high discharge 26650 cells' internal resistance figures still are above 20mΩ, even considering the best state of charge conditions (4 to 4.2V) we have:
Rtotal = V / I => Rtotal = 4.2 / 90 = 46.67mΩ, so at the very least close to half of total voltage would drop in the battery, so would barely meet maximum power transfer theorem conditions (and shortly thereafter wouldn't) if we presume these to be top class cells.
