hello all,

i have been vaping now for about 8 months and love it, i started with a disposable from a truck stop to see if it worked, i then went to a njoy ecig and was still using analogs, a friend at work turned me onto vapor bomb and totally wicked where i ordered their tornado, i then went to a drip tip and lr attys, i am now currently using a mad vapes 5v box mod with yeti attys from alt smoke, i am currently looking into a maxi rough stack to get longer life out of 3.7v and try 6v, the current juices i like are from vapor bomb 50/50 blend 30mg i have tried some from alt smoke and juicy vapor. i am also looking at converting a flash light to a mod just for something to try hehe, i am gonna do some written reviews on here of juices i have with the 5v box mod since all the reveiws i see are either 3.7 or 6v, thanks to grimm green and tgwtf for inspiring me to do this

WOW! You are much more started than me!

Get 5 posts/replies in New Members and you'll be able to post anywhere on the forum.

If you want to try some interesting juices try Velvet Vapors too - you can get a pack of 5 3ml samples. I always select their Velvet Blend PG/VG. I love their Vanilla Almond Tobacco which is mostly a rich sweet vanilla. And their Raspberry Gingerale is excellent (they also have plain Gingerale).

I get most of my juices from Backwoods Brew (subtle complex hand-mixed juices) and FreedomSmokeUSA (lotta flavors) but Velvet Vapors uses a bit more flavor and sweetness and may come through nicely on your high voltage stuff.

i am always searching for new juices

WOW...you are definitely way more started than I am, but I am pretty settled with all my favorites, as far as hardware goes and juices! I do love my eGo though! Since you're always searching for new juices, have you ever considered making your own (DIY)? You will never, ever run out of flavors! lol I love DIYing flavors....it's become such an enjoyable hobby! There is plenty of information and resources here on ECF to get you started...just hollar if you need direction! For all I know, you may already have your 'lab' set up with your flashlight! *smile*

Plus, it's a great idea (especially now) to learn how to make your own hardware and e-liquids. Check out this e-mail I got from Totally Wicked this morning:

Totally Wicked in FDA Showdown

Totally Wicked is going to court to demand the release of its electronic cigarettes, currently impounded in the United States. In addition, the Lancashire based company hopes to bar the FDA from exceeding its law making powers, which could threaten the company’s future in America.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is a federal agency established to regulate the release of new foods and heath related products.

It is Totally Wicked’s belief that they are attempting to regulate their electronic cigarettes and accessories as drugs, devices, or drug-device combination products under the federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetics Act.

In October 2010, acting on orders by the FDA, U.S Custom’s officers detained a shipment of electronic cigarettes and accessories being imported into the United States through Miami International Airport by Totally Wicked.

They claimed the products appeared to be “misbranded” and “unapproved new drugs”.

Totally Wicked refute the claims. The company does not, and has never, marketed or advertised its electronic cigarettes for any therapeutic purpose or as a smoking cessation aid.

Instead, Totally Wicked markets, labels, and sells its electronic cigarette products and accessories solely to provide adult consumers with an alternative smoking experience that excludes many of the inconveniences and negative associations surrounding smoking traditional cigarettes.

Totally Wicked is as an ongoing business. Electronic cigarettes are imported from overseas as at present there are no domestic suppliers.

Therefore, 100% of the company’s revenues are obtained from the importation and distribution of electronic cigarettes and accessories and, unless there is a reversal of the FDA’s policy, Totally Wicked will remain unable to import any electronic cigarette products into the United States.

This could put the company’s U.S future in jeopardy as current stocks of electronic cigarettes are already nearly exhausted, and Totally Wicked will be required to close its doors in the immediate future in the event that it is unable to obtain further shipments of electronic cigarettes.

The case continues.Follow The Totally Wicked Blog and Mr_Wicked on Twitter for Updates as they happen.

WOW figures the govt would do something like this since they arent making any money of it

Totally, but you know the government is only one of the horses in this race. We also have to contend with Big Tobacco and Big Parma too. If one of them could make money off of e-cigs, we probably would be able to buy all our supplies at safeway or target by now.

Rosa...I'm following this also, as well as what's been happening in New York! I've always been a 'just in case' kinda gal, so I've already been stockpiling hardware and nic....the rest of the stuff we should have no problem getting! I know there are many people out there who are stockpiled for 2 years, just in case... I pray it never comes to that though, and sorry for highjacking your thread sirogre! There are plenty of threads on the forum just about these topics alone!

sirogre, I got my DIY kit here DIY Artisan Kits - One Stop DIY Shop Store. I chose the Master Kit cause I 'wanted it all'! hahahahaha I have since added lots of cool flavors and accessories (and much more nic too), but the kit is an excellent starting point and gives you everything you need to get started!

This site and owners are very reputable with outstanding customer support. They even have their own forum here on ECF: One Stop DIY Shop. I happen to one of their regulars too! hahahaha
