Forgive me for the new guy questions, ladies and gents. I just got an Evod Twist and I'm new to VV. Any input would be gratefully appreciated!

What do I need to know about my VV that isn't obviously apparent?

I've been staying below 4.0 so far. Will I invariably burn through significantly more liquid compared to the 3.7 on my standard Evod?

It's possible you will consume more liquid but having the ability to change the wattage is worth it imho. You can adjust it so that when you use a thicker juice you can keep from burning your wicks or if it is a thinner liquid you can turn it up to help prevent flooding. You'll just have to play with it and see where you like it best for what you're vaping.

One thing I wish I paid closer attention to when I got my c-twists is when I was told to clean the contacts often. I didn't and now they are kinda gunked up and don't 'spring' back into place like they should. So here's my tip: Keep your kit clean...and buy spares, lot's of spares. :D

Easiest way to use VV is forget the numbers. Turn it down as low as it will go, and try vaping it, if it's too cold - not enough vapor adjust it up slightly. Keep adjusting it up until it has the proper heat, good vapor and most important...tastes good to you...:)

Once it's tasting good, good vapor, then check what voltage you have it set to, that way you can easily set it there again... Also be aware that different juices will vape better a bit warmer or cooler, just adjust it to wherever it tastes best to you.
