There has been absolutely no change in my dual core computer. No change in load between the PT or if I'm using a "factory" made fast usb charger.
I could see if it was a LR atty ur running, but even still. If you look up the specs for USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 they will not give more than 5V or 2amps, they are designed that way. Whether I'm using my wall to USB 5V,2amp or if I'm using my usb port on my desktop. They vape and both give me the same voltage and amps.
I have ripped apart a standard "factory" usb passthru, and see no difference between it and the one I made, except the fact I made mine for FREE (maybe that's the reasoning ppl are trying to make this seem like such a bad thing)
The only thing that will happen, well atleast for my Dell StudioOne, is it won't give enough power to the other 3 USB ports, but each computer is different I guess. who knows.
