Just got my 510 kit with mega battery

Great shipping, and great price for this product.

I tried to blow out the atomizer to get out the primer thats usually in 510 atomizers, but I couldnt get any out. I started vaping and didnt get that usual mettalic taste. Is this normal?

Ha -- maybe the manufacturers are catching on and they don't want the first experience when using a product tasting like crap..

Hey hoogie, the wierdest thing is happening with one of my mega batteries that came with the cig. When I screw the atty on, it starts hissing like im pushing the button down and the atty gets real hot. I have to unscrew the battery and use the other one.

Is it a defective battery?

Quite possible fog, I've had a couple do weird things.. You can fiddle with the rubber cap on the switch to make sure it's not stuck down but otherwise I can send you a replacement.. Would you mind sending me an email with the problem you are having? I'm forwarding them to the manufacturer..

sorry, i sent you a pm before i saw this.

sending you an email right now, its affecting both batteries now and i think i burned out one of the attys because the battery came on by itself overnight. Im scared it might start a fire.

Not to hijack but I just had the same problem, and sent off an email. Atty got burning hot with battery #1 and battery #2 is starting to do the same thing... Might have been a bad batch of switches?

510 Mega Batteries.

The manufacturer has identified a problem with the circuit board that causes the battery to turn on intermittently. They have corrected the problem and are sending us replacement batteries that we will in turn send to you with a return envelope to send the old batteries back in.

Please send me an email if you are experiencing any strange behavior with a 510 mega batteries that you purchased from MadVapes so we can get you on the replacement list.

If you continue to use these and the atomizer appears to be on still, pressing the switch once will turn it off. If you aren't using it for a while then remove the atomizer or unscrew it one turn so that it doesn't heat up on you.
