I got my VTube in on Thursday... In my opinion, I'm not to happy with it. It does let me use my 1.7 ohm carto at 4.1 volts on a fresh battery, which is good, BUT once the battery voltage dies off, it won't let me vape it at higher than the voltage of the battery. It won't let me vape my 2.5 ohm DC higher than 4.9v. That should goto 6 volts. And agian when then battery starts to die, my 2.5 ohm DC will only go to like 4.4 volts. The documentation says if the battery voltage goes weaker, the vapeing will not be effected.... not the case for me. I think I may have a bad batt also, because my battery doesn't last longer that 4 hours vaping at 3.7-3.9 volts... now thats crap.. My 900mah ego batt lasts longer than that. I email them... still waiting for a response...

I bought a TGo from Apollo and love it. I am looking at new devices just for the hell of it, and am looking at this one also.
How is it? Ease of use etc?
I do know that Apollo has great products.

I'm really enjoying it thus far, very solidly built still running off the first batt right off the box.

Two complaints.

1. The atty that came with it leaks like a sieve, prolly not Apollo's fault but still a complaint.

2. The voltage & power buttons rattle a little and are the only part of this tank that feels like if something where
going to break, that would be them.

Otherwise, for the price it's a stone-cold steal and a great device.

ya sounds like a battery issue mj. you should get at least 10 hrs or more of vape time on the 3.7 setting. heck my 900mah ego vv at 4.2 gets 6-7 hrs.

Yea I'm pretty sure my batt is bad/defective.... However, based on what I'm reading other places/posts, the low voltage and under voltage issues I'm having seem to be how the LT works... argg..

I had to do it, I bought a VTube from Apollo also. Can someone please explain the tank thing? What tanks would work on the ego or the Apollo? which ones work the best?

Basically tanks come in two types, the 1st is a cartomizer with a thick plastic tube around it and some fat washers at either end. The carto has a hole tapped in the side and you just fill the tank with a syringe and it feeds the juice through the tapped hole, I've had mixed success with these they do generally tend to vape really well.

2nd type is a hollow tank with a stem inside and two or more wicks that sit in your juice and "wick" it up to a big-fat coil at the top. I've had mixed results with these, however the latest version of Gotvapes.com Vision Stone is pretty dang great. VISION Stone II Tank Mod : GotVapes.com, E-cigarette Supplies - Atomizers Cartomizers Mods Juice and more
You're mileage may vary, myself I always keep an atty and juice bottle at the ready ;-)

What RobFindlay Said above... I purchsed my tanks from mad vapes.. below is the link. They offer 5ml and 3.5ml styles. Many venders offer this style. Since mad vapes is out of the pre-punched cartos, I just buy smoke tek stainless steel cartos, and puch them my self, and use them on the tank. Works well. I've been doing to for a couple weeks now, no leaking issues yet.

On sale this week at mad vapes.. Dual Coil 510 Tank Cartomizer

Use a nail/hammer to puch the cartos (search you tube) or make your own carto punch press. see video below.

From Jan's review of the Lavatube, a 1.6 dual coil drops the voltage down to about 3.1v and won't go any higher. I'm curious to know if the Vtube from Apollo does the same thing. Apparently, you have to use 3.0 ohm coils to vape at higher voltages.

Anyone vaping a 2.0 carto at more than 3.7v?

Yes but not anymore than 4.7 but that's fine with me cause I rarely go above 4.2 or 4.3. However once the battery falls off from charge it is a noticeable decrease in vape. Usually around 3.6 left in it.
