Just got my first ecig

so I just got my first ecig and its an....interesting...experience

I suppose it takes some time to get used to but are my lungs meant to feel really heavy and my throat really tight after taking a few drags on this thing?

I have a vapor king manual shorty (which I believe is based on the 808?) if that makes a difference

I have the same model and I would cough up a lung every time I vaped for the first day or two. Some people do get a sore throat that goes away after a few days. Make sure you drink LOTS of water. vaping dehydrates you.

What kind of e-juice are you using? Your mg might be to high or you might be having a reaction to PG. Some people are allergic to PG and just switch to a VG liquid.

Im using the stock juice that comes in the cool carts from V4L right now

how can you tell if its an allergy or just the fact its the first day of vaping?

and also, im getting like this, burnt plastic type smell after a drag...that normal? :s

It is more likely that you are getting use to vaping, like they said be sure to drink lots of water, vaping is very dehydrating.
Take small hits until you get use to it and get a feel at how hard or long to draw on it. It is not a cigarette, you have to learn how to use it that works for you.

You could be burning the filler inside the cartomizer. Just add a couple of drops of liquid to moisten the filler.

I'm new to e-cigs too and one thing you might be having trouble with is trying to hit the e-cig like an analog. If you hit it too much in a short period of time the juice does not have time to wick to the atomizer.

Taking a drag from a PV takes a little getting used to. Sip at the mouthpiece like a glass of fine wine...slowly and gently. If you go at it like sucking a milkshake through a straw, you're not going to get a satisfying hit and you may end up with a hit that'll hurt!

Go slowly and you'll get the hang of it soon enough.
