Hey guys I just ordered some prem Kamel menthol juice and blank cartos. Was wondering about how long Cartos last (how many times can you refill them?)

Grats on your juice.

How long do the cartos last? i have some i've had for a week, others died after 3 refills. Depends how you treat them. You can pretty much refill them over and over until they just stop working. If you feel so inclined you can boil your carts and give them a good cleaning.

I use mine over and over..I have yet to have one die. I clean them every so often with hot running water and blow out from the mouth end.

just hot water from the tap? Ive been thinking of cleaning mine out a bit. I use to boil them but i found it took too much time, and it made the house stink. So ive been waiting till the get gunky and toss em.

My system keeps evolving, but I'm now into hanging onto one cart for as long as possible. I'm now vaping a prem. peach carto that I started yesterday morning and have topped every few hours (It's 5 PM the next day.) I'm gonna see how long it'll go. It's still just dandy at this point and I've been at it heavily and steadily - was up late last night, too. If I can keep one carto going for several days I won't have to feel guilty about never washing - at 2 days it's already a sweet deal. (If I get tired of a flavor I just blend something cool on in.) Will keep you posted. (At first I was running thru 3-5 a day, mostly because I wanted a new flavor and also had no system. Vaping is all evolution.)

It's fine from a performance standpoint to rinse in hot water, but I strongly advise against this from a sanitary perspective. If you are going to reuse carts ANY amount of times, even several refills over days and weeks with CCRM, they should be sanitized. If you choose not to boil, then you should at least soak in everclear / cheap grain alcohol to avoid the chance of potentially serious illness - especially if it gets into your lungs. This should NOT be taken lightly everyone! I know we aren't seeing tons of posts with sick people, but there have been several related threads, and if you catch a nasty bug in the lungs, you will wish you had taken the little extra time to sanitize the refill process for your continued good health. As I have posted many times before (sorry I feel like this forum is a carousel of alzheimers patients), the hottest water you are likely to get from the tap is 130 degF max (which is onset of 1st degree skin burns), most all bacteria and germs will be dead after exposure to 212 degF or soaked in alcohol; 110 - 120 degF from the tap will only help culture and encourage virus and bacterial growth in the cart surfaces, filling, and condom caps (don't forget about sanitizing these either).

Sorry to be redundant, but the continued promotion of unsanitary practices on this board is very concerning to me.
