I originally ordered a disposable smoke to see if I wanted to go the PV route. Shortly after that I figured, what the heck, and ordered the Riva 510 from Liberty Flights for $30. Well, both came in today.
The disposable was only 10 bucks and can be recharged several times. It is a 510 setup. The free juice that came with it taste mediocre, but works OK. I really like the auto feature, but can see how I will kill them in the future. So far, it has been vaped for an hour plus without a charge. The atty it came with is almost identical to the attys that came with the Riva kit. In fact, i got them all mixed up, and the only way I knew which was which was that the disposable atty had a hard draw on the Riva batteries. If you have a friend that is curious, this is definitely the way to go, at $10 a unit (3 preloaded carts, USB charger, Battery, and 1 blank cart) at Madvapes.
The Riva unit comes with 2 batteries, 2 attys, 1 cone, USB charger, 10 blank carts, and wall adapter for the USB. It does not hit better than the disposable, but I am thinking the battery life (750 ma) will far exceed that of a regular 510 battery (180 ma). The Riva unit also seems to leak less from my initial impressions. No leak from the Riva, a couple from the disposable with the prefilled carts. I think the Riva kit will get me by for at least a month or two, and in style, before I need more batteries.
My wife is liking the auto unit, just because of its simplicity. She was really digging the cappuccino
juice I ordered, so actually spent more time on the Riva unit. We went out tonight, and vaped out in a restaurant - such a nice feeling to vape, no going out into the cold!
I can see why some of you folks are really into this vaping thing. The cigarette hit, without the stink, fire, ashtray, and taste! I believe I might be a convert to the PV.
