Just Got My Kit!!!!

I got the Ultimate Manual XL kit. I am pretty happy with my purchase, unfortunately my passthroughs button was stuck so I had to wait a little bit to try it. I tried my my xl with the 18mg Hilton cart and I love it. Plenty of nic for me! It's what I always wished an analog cig tasted and felt like. It took me a minute to get the hang of it. I had to figure out how to modulate it so that I could even inhale. I know there have been complaints about the amount of vapor, but it was almost too much for me, but now I'm fine and happily vaping away!

The batteries are very pretty and I'm probably going to order a couple of more so I won't have to charge up for about 24 hours. My only other complaint is the case, which I am going to return the XL case, everything falls out of it when you open it. This is my only other complaint.

They are sending me a new passthrough and are making the return of the case simple and easy. Thanks for making vaping simple and easy. I was overwhelmed by the whole 3 part system and this is perfect!

A couple of questions: I have 5 Hilton carts, how long will this last me? Should I order more juice now?

I also have 10 menthol sampler carts(5 were a gift, thank you!) and 5 vanilla carts. I want to make the Hilton my primary vape.

I don't know how long cartos last, but if it were me I would go ahead and order the juice. Running out is like meeting Freddy Crooger in a dark alley...LOL Congrats

5 cartos won't last you long, and you want to be able to refill them before they are bone dry.

Yea, when i made my first order, i only got a pack of carts.. I started thinking about that, and the day after i put in another order for 3 more packs of carts.. I'm hoping that should do me for about a week till i can stock up on juice.. Plus I'm trying to figure out which flavors i want to get the juice in as well..

I'll just say that unless you're on the homepage ordering asap, there's nothing like the feeling of not having anything to vape. Seriously. It's even worse if you're coming off analogs and do not want to go back to those nasty things.

Once again, I wouldn't deal with anybody who couldn't produce an actual order number.

If you have been SO hard done by, why can't you just say, "order *blank* is the one theres been a mistake on.

Thanks for the tips guys!!! I'll place my order as soon as I get home! I knew as soon as I ordered that I should have ordered more, but wanted to be sure I liked it. I do, so now it's a race against time, right?

I've been vaping all day. More than I smoke all ready cause I can do it anywhere and it TASTES so much better than the analogs.

To those who warned about going back to analogs: Thank you for your concern but it won't happen, I have my nicotrol for backup. That's what I have been doing for the last 2 days waitig for my ecig. Never going back to those horrid things!!! EVER!!!! I actually hate smoking. Even moreso now. I was planning on quiting this month when a friend of mine showed me his ecig a few weeks ago.

They have treated me vey well so far. It doesn't help anyone to make remarks like that without details. Either link to a post where you have made a complaint, make a thread with ur grievance, or just tell us what happned. From what I have read v4l has NORDSTROM level customer service. But I have had issues with nordstrom even and only shop in boutiques. so I'm willing to hear you out, but YOU HAVE TO SAY SOMETHING.

I too ordered more carts the day after I ordered, pack a day, 2 2 and a half carts a day but Steve sent liquid and samples with mine so running out soon was not an Issue. I am also overseas at the moment and shipping anything takes at least 7 days. Just orderd more carts and I've only had this thing a week. V4L is a great company!!!!!!
