... and have been vaping all day today at 6v; going really nicely, although I'm having a bit of a hard time getting the hang of the "mouth activation"; I'm finding that I'm far more comfortable grabbing the atty and pulling.

While out and about today, I was finding that sometimes it wouldn't fire. I reckoned it had something to do with not pulling straight enough; any thoughts?

the Q2 is great so far... just need to master the lip push (I'm finding it uncomfortable to push against my lips or teeth, but I guess I'll get the hang!)

Can anybody give me suggestions?

Cheers,

Paul

Hi Rick,

Yes, I was using the same method; is that what most seem to do?

You should look into getting some kind of device/accessory made up (either by yourself or cherry vape or someone) that will allow for "easy pulling on a (potentially) hot atty"!

Great mod though; feels really nice in the hand and kicks well at 6v.

Hi Michael,
Although I prefer to leave this open for others to respond....
Make sure the atty is snug, but do not over tighten.
Personally I use my thumb and forefinger. You will get used to that real quick.
Also, take a look at the syring mod

I'd buy (from you of course!) an adjustable (probably by screwdriver or something) collar in brass to match the mods with a small (wouldn't need to be at all big) ridge... just a "ring" really

Yes, customers have repeatly asked me this.
I just haven't been able to get around to it. A thin washer works.
Yes, most folks (I think) use their fingers.

Just thought I'd put my 2 cents in on how I fire the copper. See pics below. I don't like to press against my teeth/lip, so I just grabbed one of those mega paper clip things from the office, clipped it onto the atty and took off the metal tabs. Gives a great little hook for your finger or thumb. Sorry I'm showing this on a pen rather than an atty, but I don't have my copper with me as I'm at work, where I have to go through a metal detector, and don't want to be tazed and accused of trying to bring a pipe bomb in with me.
