Just got the new Stainless Steel Map Tank BRUCE need your help here

Hello Bruce I'm Robert my order number is 25432. I emailed support I still have yet to receive a response.
The issue I'm having is that the outer shell of my new Stainless steel map tank arrived today with scratched lines and the two cylinder cuts are sharp and uneven. You can see a lot of lines and the Stainless steel rings don’t look like a clean cut buffed new rings. It looks more like used. I took some pictures to show maybe mine was a dud not sure. I really like a replacement if possible.

I want to apologize to all my customers waiting. I went to VapeStock and was out of touch for a couple of days.
I am working on a new Customer Service system or a new person to help me make sure this does not happen again.

Thank you I received it now I have another problem. I tried using the stainless steel one today and wasnt able to get the cartomizer to slied up as i did with your other map tank. its very hard even after lubricating some ejuice and pushig it down on the desk it wont go through all the way it gets wedged like. I sent you a private message with more details. please advise.
