I always look at the signatures of people that add how many cigs have been avoided and how much money has been saved. I'm no programmer but would really like it if someone could add a link that would allow us to collectively input our data and see just how much money we've saved and how many cigs we've ALL avoided. I'm sure this would be an unreal #.

I can't thank this forum enough for just how much info is here for newbies all the way to the pro's. I know I can't outgrow this site and there is no need to move elsewhere as I progress to different levels of knowledge.

THANKS ECF & ALL MEMBERS!

ECF saves me money?.......not so much, I do get great ideas on what to spend it on though. I started vaping to quit smoking. vaping as a hobby is what’s kept me on the straight and narrow. It will probably all wash out in the end, especially if you factor in the healthcare savings. In the end if the only thing I saved was my health, I wouldn't be any less happy.

Vaping saved money? Yes on cigarettes, but being on here has given me a bad case of G.A.S.! (gear acquisition syndrome) And then there are all the flavors to try, and I just saw wraps, with a link to some that will fit my SID that's coming in. Actually.. I think I've just about broken even, as long as I don't... ooooooo.. look.. a mini pro-tank I need to order!

ECF is definitely an enabler for spending money on vaping toys ! :D

I enjoyed every moment of my first 2-1/2 years vaping not saving one penny  If I'd spent that money on smoking I'd have nothing but a HUGE pile of butts to show for all that money spent and would need to keep spending lots more money so I could continue to smoke :glare: Instead I have a great stash of vaping toys that will last me long into the future to show for all that money spent along with x-rays taken recently that prove the positive effects on my lungs because of vaping and no longer smoking. :)

I've finally lost that desire to buy new toys. I've only purchased a few needs at the local vape store in the past 4+ months and don't expect to spend much for quite some time into the future. :) I only see savings in my future. :)

You wouldn't happen to be a drummer by chance? I've only heard that term, G.A.S. on another forum that I belong to. Interesting. :)

I feel like I'm saving some money vaping instead of smoking, except I have G.A.S. also. He who dies with the most toys wins! :vapor::D

Started June 1st and broke even July 12th. Got tons of stuff for my money using ft. I am a simple ego/Evod type guy though so that kept things cheap. Had I bought the same stuff at any other us vendor it would've cost me double easily. I have a strict budget of $25 a month vs $75 that I spent on the other. So far i'm up about $40.
