I got these in this morning..watched the video so I thought I had it down....I put my juice in...nothing...I think I'm doing it wrong...so I keep messing with it..end up spilling juice everywhere and finally decide to try another one..ahhh...The second one works great..guess I got a dud..my luck it would be the first one out of the box.

maybe the center pin on the battery is little too far down? try pull it up a little bit with a straight paper clip or a small screwdriver. you could also pull the center pin down on the carto. its very rare that the coil is busted on arrival....but that doesnt mean it NEVER could happen. hope you get it to work. i would like a video review on these!

I ordered these x7 xl's and only one of them works, tried on a 510 stick, ego, e-power and saber touch. Seems like the threads are to small in diameter and too short. I tried pushing the contacts down lower and they still will not light up or produce vapor. The one that works just tastes like it's burning juice after the first puff and only works on the older style e-power button. These are all 3.7 regulated devices... A terrible product.

Edit: I got the higher ohm model and am not using high voltage devices. I really want my money back.

thats weird dead guy, we screwed them on all our devices over 6 packs, everything fits just fine here.

I havent had one yet that doesnt fire, i think ill make a video of all of them since the opened ones are right here. it would be very weird for them not fit since they use the exact same screw as the ce2.

did you also have a issue with the double apple juice, Tastes like soap you said, also weird since im getting nothing but 100% positive reviews on that juice.

I'm very disappointed in this product. They don't work as advertised. Like I said earlier, they don't fit any of my standard mods and they don't wick properly. I will send them back if you like, I've tried them all and no luck. The one that actually fires does not wick. I can't even get one solid hit before it hurts my throat and tastes like an empty cart. Also the double up apple juice is not good to anyone that has tried it on my end, tastes like perfume or soap, not apples. I tried it in a brand new fluxomizer to see if it was the x7's fault, nope, still tastes like the perfume counter at macy's. 5th person to try it said "Gross, tastes like apple scented soap" I've been ordering stuff from you guys for over a year. Service is great but, this product needs to go to x8 imho. Maybe I got a bad pack but I won't be ordering these again and would really like a credit or refund. They are unusable.

Edit: I'm going to try taking the working one apart and see if I can get it to wick... The tube came off the base/connector as I tried to unscrew it from my epower anyway, I had to really screw it on tight to get it to fire.

I was excited to get these in the mail today, ordered on Thursday I believe. Fast shipping, great service from gotvapes but I would not recommend the x7 for anyone. It's hard enough to get people to use fluxomizers because they need wick fluffing/slot widening before filling them to work still. I have gotten dozens of people to quit smoking and start vaping but many have gone back because it is too problematic. I thought these would be the answer to good right out of the box carts. I was let down. I'll still get fluxomizers and teach people how to fluff wicks, but the x7 is useless to me. Sorry gotvapes. I will still recomend people to get e-powers and fluxos as their first kit then teach them to fluff and cut the slots wider and refer them to you guys for supplies. I really wanted these to work as some people don't vape because it's not an out of the box and fill experience...

With the usual superfast shipping, mine arrived today, but there was no 20 gauge needle included - just the box of 5 cartos with the DT and filling condom. Any suggestions? I have other ways of filling them, but it would have been nice to get the promised filling needle.

EDIT:

@Deadguy:
After reading your posts, I decided to test fire the ones I got today. To be on the safe side, I dialed my Lavatube all the way down to 3v to prevent popping them. They all lit up and fired just fine, and threaded perfectly. I would recommend returning yours, as it sounds like you drew the short straw and got a bad box. Cheers. :)

EDIT #2:

I forgot to mention that when I test fired the cartos, I could hear the primer sizzling, so it's safe to test fire these a couple of times - they either light up and sizzle, or they don't.
I also checked the resistance of each one. Four clocked in at 2.6 ohms, and one at 2.3 ohms. I had ordered 2.2-2.4 ohm versions, and the box is labeled as that.

Have you tried the vision line? They are incredible, warm vapor, great vapor production, no dry hits all the way down to the end of the juice, even with my 50/50 they work great. I will certainly be ordering a ton of these once they get back in stock.

I never said people should throw them out, just that I wouldn't recomend people to buy them. I used a small peice of metal to get these to make contact with my batts, still can't get more than one to one and a half hits before they taste dry. I let them sit for 30 minutes after filling so the wick could soak... Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I fill them, let them soak, put the drip tip on as shown in the video and... They run dry, then I need to let them sit for a few minutes between each puff. Used only on 3.7 v devices with your juice and one other supplier that has the same thickness as your juice. Both juices work fine in my modded fluxos. What I am doing wrong to not "get these to work"?

Well, I will freely admit that I haven't tried this particular model of bottom coil, but you might try taking a few tokes without activating the battery. This has helped every single bottom coil carto I've ever used, and the people I've suggested it to have usually found it helpful...

Erin-this is a oft-forgotten piece of advice on bottom coils. This works well for Sapphires, the Cyclone Vornado and other bottom coils. Taking draws without fire will pull the juice into the wickign a bit, a bit of the reverse of tilting the carto on top coils (such as FlüXomizers and Visions) to aid wicking on those.

I may add this as a tip to the product page for the Micromizer x7 XL.

It's good to work with engineers, even the ones who neither vape nor smoke can tell me what I'm doing wrong

I keep thinking I should get a couple of them to help me flesh out some tips and tricks blurbs. They can sometimes help me explain things that I CAN DO but have trouble putting into words. Especially the why and how of it.

Ok, I'll do that - thanks. :)
After trying them out, I find that they wick a little slowly, but not as badly as the Sapphires - given a choice, I prefer these. If you're a heavy vaper, it's best to let them sit for a few seconds after a few vapes, or when they start to taste a little burnt. Bottom coil cartos tend to have slow wicking issues anyways, so I'm used to it - nature of the beast, and all that. My main juice rigs are DCC tanks, so I'm a little spoiled in the wicking department in any case. ;)
All in all, I can say that I'm happy with these - they're definitely a step up from the Sappihres. Nicely done! :D
Thanks again. :)
