Just made my first order from China...

I had just ordered some juice and supplies from ruyandirect.com.

After I had completed the transaction, I had received an invalid signature message. Looking at my account, I have noticed that it states that they have been paid. Had this happened to anybody else? Should I be concerned?

I had contacted them to ask if this was a problem but I know that it is late Friday night there so I don't think that I will get a response today.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Just keeping my fingers crossed that everything goes through customs OK.

I've gotten the same message on my last two orders, and they were fine. I think it has something to do with the redirect from Paypal to the HG website.

Thanks bri for the response. I was kind of worried there. How long did it take for you to get your shipment?

I have order a bunch of times from them and orders make it to me in NJ in 6-8 days. And yes I have always gotten that error. Not sure if they if they are using the paypal API correctly.

Thanks for the reply ball.. Looking forward to getting my items. At those prices, I'd hate to say it, but why would you order from anyplace else?

i was concerned when i got that error, but figured it was a website thing - my order arrived 12 days later with no errors all accounted for...
just put in another one last night...

yes i agree with everyone else, i was skeptical about ordering from china, but i couldn't resist the prices for all of their products. My first order took about 6-7 days to PA. I got worried when it said "turned over to customs" on the status of shipping site. I emailed them and Wayne, the owner got back to me within an hour and said it was a normal thing, the order got to me a day later. Wayne communicates very well with everyone, just look at the guestbook on the website, nothing but praise, and if their is an issue he resolves it. I load up when i order from them, like 20 items an order, it almost pays for itself.
