Starting out it is so overwhelming and little local support.

To other folks just starting out just have to say give a listen to the folks who have been doing it for a while. I haven't been afraid to ask a dumb question. People here are more than willing to answer a dumb question and not jump on you about it. We're all here to help each other out.

Also don't get discouraged if you go out and grab a pack of cigs while vaping. There are other things in cigs that we get addicted to besides the nicotine. Took me a little over a month to ween myself off analogs. While I may not be Superman healthy I do feel a lot better than when I was inhaling a bunch of smoke.

Another thing for other new folks is that vaping style is a bit different person to person. Part of the reason why you might see a product that someone gave a great review on and someone else said was crap. Take your own style into consideration and ask questions.

Well on the above note, do stay away from the Blu. Almost universally blasted on here as being a POS item. Like the analogy I used (and so did a few other people). The battery life on the Blu is like buying a car with a 20oz gas tank. You have to stop every few blocks to fill up..... Sucks cause I wonder how many people gave up on vaping because of Blu.

Find a cheapish starer kit that has the look and battery life that is right for you. Taste might suck but even the cheap cartos can be filled with 3rd party juice fairly easy. I spend $23 total on my cheap-o stuff (I also got ripped off for $70 by Blu). The cheap-o Mistic was a way better product (juice they use in their cartos might not be that tasty) than the Blu. It was enough to let me know that I could switch from smoking to vaping.

I got burned once by Blu so almost ate $70. Sheetz (regional gas station/quicky sandwich/convenient store) stepped up and let me return it for a refund even though it was opened. So a big thank you to Sheetz for being good to a customer. I like their food and their gas prices are always within a penny or two of other local places, places that treat a customer good always get my loyalty.

Hopefully will be having a new member here soon. I just need to get over to a friend of mine's house (and get my juices) and drop off a "gift basket" of stuff for him. Sure his kids will be glad that his place doesn't smell like smoke any more.

Not best thing to having people around you who vape are the folks here. Hopefully will have some folks near me see a Goggle Group I started for NE Ohio Vapers. Ya'll got me hooked on the sense of community now :)
