Didn't mean to be rude or uneducated as you so eloquently put it. Just tired of wasting time (messing with them and reading about them) and money on the vaping essentials and still coming up empty handed when I want nicotine...

This is a much better post than your last one. Just saying.

Now, what exactly are you having trouble with? (Not sure if a new thread should be started or not as I don't want to thread-jack this one) But what batteries are you using, and what flavor are you trying to find? There's a million different batteries, tanks, and liquid combinations out there, and if you haven't found the right one, maybe we can help.

I thought I was in a safety nest of being able to vent, I didn't know I had to keep my composure, my vents tend to be a little violent. I am currently trying to use an evod starter kid, I am under the impression they are knockoffs now that I know other companies make knockoffs that look exactly alike.. Anyway the battery won't shut off or turn on, if I try to put a clearomizer on it it blinks five times, try another evod clearomizer still blinks. Try to charge it the light is green saying it's fully charged, if I unplug it all together out of the wall the plug charger that goes into outlet is lit, which is telling me it's drawing power from my battery to light the light which I know shouldn't happen... Also it rattles like so me thing is loose inside and smells... Needless to say I'm not using that one... After spending 200$ In past 6 months on just batteries I'm a little broke right now

I'm sorry to hear you're having such a hard time with your equips. Been there; I purchased two iTaste vv v3 a couple of months ago and first one, then the other would not recognize the tank/coil. I tried replacing the coil head, same thing. I was beyond frustrated and ready to chuck the whole mess in the trash and rip open a pack of smokes. After a little calming down I started searching the threads here and came upon one that suggested prying up the top battery post a bit. Bingo! Problem solved. I would suggest asking about your problem in the ego type batteries thread here: eGo Type Models Hope this helps, don't give up yet.:)

Yea hate to give you bad news but sounds like that battery is done! When you start smelling a weird smell its time to get rid of that! I know you are frustrated and believe me I was in the same position when I first started vapong bc its almost like information overload. But after away it will get better and if you stick with it you will thank yourself! Just don't get overwhelmed with all the different products out there. Find what you like and do research on what your buying. Buy from a reputable vendor and enjoy!

You should be more specific than that generalized statement. .

I was asking what he was using because I couldn't be more specific, for all we knew could have been using a 510 auto cigalike with a 3 second cutoff, and it could be 20 bucks to get a small spinner and it would be a huge improvement, he also had no problem replying and I gave suggestions based off his answer.

Also if you notice in the end I helped him rewick one of his heads with cotton which was a nice improvement that cost him nothing. So in the end of things, I cost him nothing, and helped, but thanks for the criticism and math lesson, like I did not know a Vamo would require batteries, or even that I suggested a Vamo...(because I didn't)

Your point being what exactly? Did I say you were unhelpful? Did I say anything that warranted this response whatsoever? No.

I was simply pointing out that you replied to a thread about the OP being upset cause s/he can't purchase an MVP 2 right now by saying "There's cheaper mods out there". Please tell me how expanding on that statement and comparing the MVP 2 kit to something else in any way wrong?

Forgive me for making a price comparison loosely based on something you wrote. I forgot some people have immunity to being quoted.

I can't comment on the Provari since I don't have one, but the protank 3 is a good clearo. I would also recommend the Protank Mini 2. I have 4 of them because they're my favorite one. The draw is better than the protank 3 (for me) and it's cheaper too. If you want a tank that holds more liquid, you can't go wrong with the Hypertank. If I'm out and about and don't want to change tanks, the hypertank is awesome. Holds 5ml of juice. It's got a tight draw, but that will be good if you use the mouth to lung inhale (sacking in and then breathing in). If you use the lung inhale (breathing right in from the tank) then I would definitely suggest the Protank mini 2.

You werent rude. You had a tough time and are frustrated, its completely understandable. Not everyone gets everything as easily as some others. Im glad i could help you. There isnt anything particularly special about a protank that a clone could not easily emulate. Rebuilding the original heads is really the biggest improvement you can get any clearomizer type system. Dont feel bad asking questions here, most of us members have been through tough times, and it is why we respond to these posts and try to help others. Keep up the good work.
