How is the AGA Tiamat compared to the RSST?

Perfect newbie set up. The RSST is good for entry level rba vapers since you dont have to deal with hot spots, which is the biggest headache for everyone using a Genesis. The Vamo is also a no brainer to use and performs excellently. Great choice.

I'm fairly new and I love my Vamos with the Boge F16 tank with either 1.7 or 3ohm carts. I just bought the artemis sp? locking tank and it should be here tomorrow. 15 days without an anolog and im getting ready to start mixing my own juice thanks to Darkhood diy thread. Even I cant believe it. btw, today I had the wife sew up some sleeves for my Vamos, I just need to grab some shoelaces for a homemade lanyard. 2 are marine vinyl and the other 2 are just an old pair of corduroy pant chunks.

I own an AGA-T+ and waiting on the RSST after a lot of research. Some people prefer the RSST to the AGA; i have yet to see one stating "AGA is inferior" yet, so you might say its a weak preference.

From what i have read, the RSST is has insulated contact points and a much larger wick hole, allowing for a fatter wick. Personally, my AGA is functioning perfectly and hot spot has never been my problem. I just bought the RSST since i got a new mech mod coming with the same brushed steel finish that would go perfectly with the RSST.

I will note that I can still dial in tighter in VV mode over VW since you can only do .5 watt increments.
That reality didn't dawn on me until you said it. Thanks! I had a major problem with the highly polished finish feeling slippery to me, took some 220 grit sandpaper to everything except the top ring, bottom ring, and a big rectangle where the screen and buttons are.
