...and I'm really not sure why. The fact is, I am not a big fan of box mods. The problem is, what I really want doesn't exist (at least to the best of my knowledge). I want:
Small size, Quality device, 2200 mah+, USB rechargeable, regulated, sub-ohm capable (but don't care about going below 0.5 ohms, and most of the time I'll be using my 1.3 ohm kayfun), enough power to heat a good size coil (example: 28 gauge twisted coil to 1.3 ohms) ...did I say small size. Honestly, that is one of the most important things for me.
Currently, I'm using an MPV v2 - didn't I just say I'm not a big fan of box mods? What's wrong with me? - with 2 VV V3's as backup.
VV V3 - Great battery, but need to carry 2 to get through the day.
MVP v2 - Great battery life, but I dropped it and now the 510/ego connection is loose. Afraid it's going to fall apart soon.
Both batteries are fine at 11 watts on my 1.3 ohm 28 gauge single coil builds on my Kayfun, but underpowered for 28 gauge twisted at 1.3 ohms.
Mech mod would be great, except I don't want to deal with vape quality dropping off as battery goes down, plus I don't want to have to carry multiple batteries around with me where ever I go.
All that being said, the VaporShark rDna 40 fits the bill perfectly...in everything except shape.
I can't wait to get it.
