Hi fellow vapers

Just got my first ecig 2 days ago and I love it! Couldn't tell that by my forum name, huh? I am very lucky to have a shop right in town, so I was able to try it the very day I bought it. I've learned a lot about them since then by watching youtube videos. I had been dragging on it all wrong and I even found out about the little idiosyncrasies when using a charger. I thought mine was broken, but I was not assembling it correctly. I had no idea there be so much to learn! That's why I'm here. I love to use forums for info. I may not post much, but I sure do read them a lot and by the looks of this forum, I'll be reading for a long time! LOL

Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself to the forum. Happy vaping y'all - yes, I'm from the south

Hi Kat, welcome to ECF! Glad you found a good first pv. So many people get the wrong thing first (I did) and it can turn people off of vaping. Glad you didn't have to go through that.

I'm still thinking about getting another one that looks more like an analog to use in public. I feel a little bit self conscious riding in my car with an "inkpen" in my mouth lol

ya i know what ya mean , i was kinda the same way , with my elegant, its bigger than alot of the other ones and it stands out , but after a while i started not to care so much , i just wave at the folks that stare while sitting a red lights or in traffic , they usually quickly turn away lol

You get over that self-conscious feeling soon though. I rarely get a second glance and I use a Fist Pack now! Maybe only one person a day even asks what it is, if that.

Welcome too ecf dont feel self conscious about driveing with a pen in your mouth I do it all day long not even sure any one notices when i do it every day back and forth from work I have even been waiting for a cop to pull me over exspecialy at night when the led is brighter but that hasnt happened either.lol

The vapor 4 life business cards are great for that sort of thing. It describes the e-cig in length and states that they are not "subject to any state or federal smoking bans". I have a couple on my person at all times.

I'm a 510 fan as well - although Ive branched out to other 510 mods since my first fe weeks lol.You're right about reading - you could spend years here I think and not cover everything. Glad youre loving your PV - what local shop were you lucky enough to get a 510 at?
