Hi Guys...

im a Smoker now for ...something like 25 years.
1 Year ago i bought my first e Cigarette starter set. It was horrible.
Than i got a hint, buy nautilus... ok i did... had no idea what nautilus is, but the store knew.
But i hated the liquids you could buy in stores.
Than i told a college that i want to stop smoking, but i couldn't.
Than i got... puh... many many mails from him. Explainings about e cigarette... how to make own liquids... and so on.
I thought.. hey i just want to stop smoking not becoming an engineer.
So month went by... and a couple of weeks ago, i learned how to do my own liquid.
I got a springomizer and the cybrillion from GG.
So for now... i m 80% smoke free... from day to day... its getting better to hopefully find my way out of smoking till Christmas.
Thats my story.

glad you found a way to make it work for you! my hubby and I both smoked and vaped for 2 months before we finally bought out last deck of smokes. from the sounds of it, if you keep it up you will quit!

If you're just learning DIY (or even if you're an expert), There's lot's of good info in the DIY forum. DIY E-Liquid

DIY...never heard that. But i ll read it.
At the moment for me its important to keep it simpel.
I buy 50/50 with 12 mg Nikotin and than i mix my daily liquid.... french lace
And when i see something in stores wich seems tasty to me... i do little expermental liquids.
For me its important to have fun with all that stuff. Makes it easier for me to find my way out of smoking....

Welcome to ecf.
A lot of us here accidently quit smoking using ecigs. Ecig's just taste a whole lot better and once you are happy just using them, you will not want another stinkie cig. As long as you can satisfy your nic craving with ecigs your body will thank you.
