You might try a search for a member here - Vapenstein. If I remember right, he was talking about making something that would taste like a proper English blend. He may even be in the Forum Vendor's list, I'm on limited access at the moment and can't check.

As for draw on my PV, I like the slow light draw like you would use when smoking a straight Virginia or a Va/Per. Incidentally - if you're a fan of that genre, both VA and Perique are available. Haven't had them myself, so can't say how true to taste they are.

Thanks for the recommendations on the pipe flavors, I will be researching those!

Yes, I have been finding that it is easier on me to do a much smaller draw so I can inhale, and I find inhaling so much more satisfying than drawing into my mouth and holding it there, then blowing it out like a pipe or cigar.

I also just ordered some new juice from Virgin Vapors, and they are 100% VG, which I think may help, or I'm hoping would help.

I am limited on experience in this case, but when I started vaping (i believe almost 2 weeks ago) I was also coughing a lot. I noticed I can take bigger hits since time as gone by without coughing, although when I first vape in the morning i do cough, but that also seems to be getting better. I wish you the best of luck

Just stick with it. I'm about to start day 5 without a cigarette. I've been vaping for over 2 months. There were 2 things that really helped me. Like turning points for lack of a better term. #1 was good equipment. Sounds like you have that. I started on disposables just to test the concept with minimal $$$. #2 was a decent juice. I've tried 4 or 5 vendors but the day before I got my peach tobacco and SmokTek dual coil cartos in the mail from Vixen Vapors was my last day as a smoker.
Good luck to you. I smoked and vaped for the first 2 months and don't think that an instantaneous switch would have worked for me. I don't know how the hive feels about that but I couldn't have done it any other way.

My guess is, it worked - so the hive will wholeheartedly approve of and applaud your success.

When it comes to switching to vaping, the end definitely justifies the means.

Congrats!

So after 3 days, my cough is still there but dramatically improved. I'm really enjoying this, Now i just need to find juice that I like more. I've ordered a couple of sweet type flavors, ones that get great reviews from Virgin Vapors, and the descriptions just sound amazing. Now I would love to find something more savory. The couple that I have tried that are tobacco and camel flavor are just ok. I also ordered some Boge 510 cartomizers which have been recommended to me numerous times, which I hope will help me enjoy vaping while I learn how to reduce the leaking issue that I have.

Basically, this has been a fun learning process, and I am having a blast. Thank you all for the great advice!

If you have just started it could aslo be that your cleaning out your lungs now that you arent putiing all that waste into your lung being that you smoked non filter your going to notice alot of coughing and eventually hacking up flem and other stuff lol ....the vapor will clean you out! but it could be also what other PPL are telling you as well...all together it just may be a combo. As far as your ignorance its normal for this section lol alot of us new ppl are ignorant when it come to vaping or what ever ppl are calling it. Anyone can be ignorant when it come to not knowing about something ...or doing something for the first time...so its acceptable....

I don't understand why people insist on linking allergic reaction to vaping to withdrawal symptoms of smoking.

Seems the spiel of ecig vendors caught up in a big way with the ecig users. This is obscene spam,in my opinion.

The Op gets cough ONLY when he vapes.
