I was up there at 24mg(at 15mg now).
OK, then unlikely too little nic. Me, I was on cloud 9. You see, I bought my starter kit in December of 2013 with the notion that maybe it would help me cut back on my 2 PAD habit. I had zero intent to "quit". I didn't think I could quit. But in less than a week, I had cut back to zero and had really strange grin on my face for a while after that.

Pretty similar TBH, even though I had some unpleasantness.
Once I realised the tiredness and grumpiness were part of the process I just accepted them and slept. I am very happy with how things have progressed, someone even commented that I have lost a few years in the old 'boat race' (face!).
Now if only vaping could regrow the hair on my head! :p

I think one of the main reason most people have such a hard time is bc vape shops always suggest such low nic content for starting out... Myself and my gf needed 18 and that seems to be a good number from what I've seen. A lot of the freinds that I know who have quit have struggled with it at first, all of them were given 3-6mg juice though... a few of them who asked, I just mixed them some high nic juice and it made it a lot easier.

My coworker was using some 6mg juice for his third time trying to quit, but said it was doing absolutely nothing for him, I just increased it to 16 for him last week and he said he could tell the difference almost right away.

Yep, I can't see how that would work for anyone unless they start out vaping direct-to-lung at high wattage. Thing is, very few people smoke like that, and I think it's a mistake to start someone out with gear and juice that has to be used in a manner that's completely different than how most folks smoke.

Yeah, ofc back when I started you could actually buy 18mg. Probably the reason they offer the low mg stuff is bc it's all they have.

I usually smoke 1-2 packs per day. Depending on the day. I got a supermini tank to go with it. I'm not really well versed in all the products; however, the staff was super duper friendly. 5 hours and no smoking :)
Welcome and glad you joined. Quitting is all about quitting with the proper motivation. The more effort you put into vaping, the more likely you are to succeed.
The information below can help with tank problems.
