Just stepped outside for a vape. Why?

that's funny cus i figure i'll be more productive at work once I find a kit I don't have to mess with.
Just want a set that works without a lot of tinkering.
Try an Echo. 3 ml carto or 1.6 ml Stardust; automatic battery in 350, 650, 900, 1100 or 1300 mAh; stealth options available with a small LED. No tinkering or fiddling at all, nor even a button to worry about.

I think it is still a good idea to take vape breaks when the weather isn't too bad. Think about it.

-A short walk gets your blood pumping and can combat the 2pm crash.
-Then fresh air and sunshine on your face (10 - 15 min a day for Vitamin D).
-The social aspect, chit chat or vent when needed.
-The deep breathing that is part of smoking/vaping.
-Most importantly, sometimes you just have to walk away from your desk to reduce the chance of casualties when you start throwing things.

But...pouring rain, below freezing temps? I stealth it and stay indoors. It's all about options. :)

So basically you were like me.....driving=smoke, food=smoke, stress=smoke, and "oh look a bird" = smoke. I had the craziest triggers to take a puff and never realized it till I started vaping!!!!! I still leave the window down while driving cause of the kiddos, and my place of work looks at it like a cig so I'm forced out with the other smokers but, I love being outside and the ppl are way funnier than the Debbie downers inside anyway.

I still go and sit outside on "my" seat and vape for a few min. at work. I can (& do) vape in my office, but I think what I'm looking for is the peace and quiet; the view that has more clouds than spreadsheets...... As smoking became more banned, I had more of an excuse to leave the chaos and be on my own for a bit. I also have a 510 w/cart or nano for driving...'cause it feels so normal!!

I work out of my home. I mostly code all day so getting out of this chair and stepping out into the garage was a way for me to take a break. Having an analog was my excuse to do it since I never smoked inside my home. Personal preference.

Now since I have been vaping, I still get up and go outside just to gather my thoughts. Think through what I am working on without staring at the screen and to relax a bit. I do not think that will ever change even though I am doing it less often now. We are creatures of habit, some habits will relax you and are not that bad to keep. Smoking however, I am SO glad I stopped.

In my case, I go outside to vape...at least when "the lady of the house" and my 2 kids are around. But that's more of a social aspect because when my girlfriend is going to have a smoke (she doesn't see herself vaping although she sees the positive effects it has on me) and than I join her. In the evening when the kids and she's off to bed...then I vape inside (it doesn't leave the awfull smell in the house so why not)

What I did noticed is when we go and do our daily groceries, and the different shop are only 5 mins away from each other, I always have to wait for my girlfriend to finish her a-cig (even if we only had stayed in the previous shop for a minute of 10). Then it hit me...I did that too; leave home, have a cig...in & out shop nr 1, have a cig...in & out shop nr 2,have a cig...etc. Btw, I still do that but I don't have to wait at the shop until I finish my cig (now I can simply take a few puffs between shops) :)
