I think it is still a good idea to take
vape breaks when the weather isn't too bad. Think about it.
-A short walk gets your blood pumping and can combat the 2pm crash.
-Then fresh air and sunshine on your face (10 - 15 min a day for Vitamin D).
-The social aspect, chit chat or vent when needed.
-The deep breathing that is part of smoking/
vaping.
-Most importantly, sometimes you just have to walk away from your desk to reduce the chance of casualties when you start
throwing things.
But...pouring rain, below freezing temps? I stealth it and stay indoors. It's all about options.
