Just thought I'd introduce myself and say hi

G'day, new member here and this is my first post so I just wanted to say hi to you all and thank you for the knowledge and wisdom I've gained from lurking on this forum. I quit smoking about ten months ago using an ego spinner and an aero tank. With what I've learned here I'm now using mech mods and drippers; winding my own coils and mixing my own juices which i find much more satisfying, and cheaper.

Yeah so did I until I upgraded. Burned through coils too fast. I gave it to my cousin and mixed her up some 24mg flavours trying to stop her smoking a pack a day... we'll see if it works. I smoked on and off for a month before I fully quit. I use a magma clone and an igo w14 with a ragnarok mod. Much better way to go but she'll never understand how to use that equipment properly.

to ecf BozeMabo. So nice to meet you glad you are here. A big congrats to the ten months vaping. That is awesome. It really can turn into an exciting hobby. Glad you have used the knowledge here on ecf but you've been missing the part that makes ecf so special. . . the people. Make yourself at home and have fun.

Throw the smokes in the bin. When you get a craving just vape hard. You need to vape much more compared to a cigarette, to satisfy the craving. It'll take a while but eventually you'll find the e-cig will scratch the itch, so to speak. Despite the hype it does take willpower but stick with it religiously and it will soon become your goto nicotine hit. It'll take a few months at least and then you can toy with lowering your nic levels. That's how it worked for me and I was a very heavy smoker.
