Has any found a supplier or company that has tobacco e-juice like or very similar to MFS Turbosmog, Tall Paul, or Red Luck?

So many juices have aromas and after tastes that are soapy, perfumy, or remind me of a freshly painted room. The best juices I have tried are Halo Torque56 (just like smoking a cigarette without additives), Tribecca (kind of RY4ish), and Prime15 (reminds me of a Winston). Trouble is, my wife says they leave an odor in the air that smells like a sour dish rag.

I keep going back to Awesome Vapor Desert Tobacco (formerly called Camel, but under a lawsuit they changed the name). It's definitely not perfumy and I can vape it all day. I'd like to have it in a mix containing 20-30%vg, but all they sell is 100%PG.

Dekang juices are not perfumy at all. DK-TAB is good. I used to like Red USA Mix but it has too much throat hit for me these days to be a daily vape. My favorite is probably Dekang RY4. Dekang Tobacco and Flu Cured are good neutral bases IMO to use with some Lorann's flavoring. A drop of Lorann's English Toffee or Vanilla Butternut in a 2ml tank is a good sweet tobacco vape for me.

When you get the perfumey taste, do you let it breathe? I let the liquid sit w/ the cap off if I get a perfume or alcohol taste and it really helps. Also, a lot of tobaccos require steeping and vape horrible at first. Maybe sit the ones that were bad aside a while (if you haven't pitched them already) as they may be excellent after a good steeping.

If I had to rate on true tobacco flavor from all I have tried using a scale of 10. IMO
Hangsen Ry1------------9 very good, 1 drop per ml a typical filtered cig, 1 1/2 drops per ml a unfiltered Pall Mall or Lucky.
My DIY Opusx-----------9 but gums up a lot
VZ parliament-----------6 slight perfume
VZ SC Tobacco----------6 slight vanilla
VZ SC Tobakum---------6 slight caramel

Not going to list the other plus 40 flavors I have tried as they do not even rate a 2 IMO of tobacco. Not Knocking them as many are very good desert vapes but just not what I want as an all day vape.

Have some other tobacco flavor Hangsen essence coming that I am anxious to try.

Never heard of anyone using 10%, the recommended is 2.5%. Just started a new mix and tried a little at 10% and it tasted like crap to me, like a soggy wet cigarette. Just shows that everyone's taste buds are different. Took it back to 1 drop per ml and it is perfect for me. :toast:

Yep. I thought 5% was the recommended dosage? Anyway, I just did a DIY mix Saturday night and made 100ml of "DK-TAB."

I used:

30ml VG
30ml PG
30ml Nicotine
10ml Hangsen DK-TAB Essence

So are you sure that 10ml I put in my 100ml mix was more than 100 drops or are we talking about different things? If not I think I'm using roughly the same amount you are but we are expressing ourselves differently.

Anyway, taste is indeed subjective and I'm sure the hit/flavor is different in a 50/50 VG/PG mix than a pure PG or pure VG recipe also.

Thanks,

Norman

1 drop = .05 ml
you are using 200 drops
I am using 100 to 150 drops in the same amount of juice only just VG no nic.
Not that big a difference

Those are some mighty big drops. Most of my bottles are two drops per .05ml. That's why I always use a syringe instead of drops. Seem to go anywhere from 20 to 50 drops per ml depending on the bottle or dropper.

I've been steadily working my way through all of the tobacco flavors at Ecig Express. They keep adding more, so I am way behind! The Hangsen TAB is one of the best I've tried so far. Their Tobacco Express Piece, Win Churchill and Tobacco are also high on my list.

I have also found that adding around 10% of Black Fire and Real Cig tobacco additive can really help overcome the perfumy, fresh paint* smell that many tobaccos have.

* Thanks DaveP for the "freshly painted room" description. Many tobacco flavors all seem to me to have the same underlying odor that I could never put my finger on. Fresh paint is pretty close.

I didn't think so. I'm using more than you but not insanely so.

I do know folks that use pure VG and use 20% flavoring but that's about the most I've ever heard of.

Of course, different flavors require different percentages and some flavor companies (like "Capella") seem to be really concentrated and I go easy on those such as perhaps 1 drop per 5ml or something if it's "Chocolate Fudge Brownie" or some of their other strong flavors.

Also, some TFA flavors like "Butter" I would never do at 10%. You only need a small percentage added to a mix to make it "buttery" with that stuff.

Let me know what you think of the other Hangsen Essence flavorings. I think you've already sold me on the RY1.

Thanks,

Norman

p.s. Did you notice in the cap on the bottle the engraved/embossed "YNDK?" That means it's the real stuff from Dekang; unlike some outlets I could mention but won't.

I use a medicine dropper and the tests I did gave me .051ml per drop with the Ry1.

Loved the Hangsen Ry1 so I ordered 3 more Ry1, a Cuba Tobacco and a Cigar Tobacco.
Order arrived today and I mixed up 30ml each of the Cuba and Cigar at one drop per ml.
Both have great tobacco flavor to give me some variety to the Ry1 that has become my daily.
Now to keep my hands off them for a few days and let them steep. I will probably cheat a little.
Have some Hangsen Indian Tobacco coming Monday. Vaping has become very pleasurable.
