Taste Buds are a not the same. Over the years I have learned not to read reviews and now stick to recommendations from people that thru this forum I have found have similar taste buds. The following copy of comments on a 555 flavor is just an example of how far the parameters can be. I ordered some of the 555 and will see how my taste buds compare to "bobalex". My list of reviewers I am compatible with is pretty short.:)

Again a solid tobacco flavor, 3-5% has given me a smooth rich flavor. (Posted on 7/12/12)

I really love 555, and this one is spot on. It is very concentrated so I do not have to use much. I look forward to trying more flavors from the tobacco express line. (Posted on 5/6/12)

Bad and weak. I bought two other Tobacco Express flavors (all weak and strange tasting). This one I needed to mix at more than 30%, which doesn't make it super-concentrated at all. Less concentrated than Flavor West I would gauge. It also has an unpleasant, perfumey taste and smell -- maybe synthetic -- which makes my stomach hurt. (Posted on 5/4/12)

I'm no expert, but it could be a bit stronger, vapor is good. probably won't try it again. (Posted on 5/1/12)

555 has a good taste a litle harsh for me but I thin it a little and it's just right. (Posted on 4/29/12)

A friend gifted me this flavoring. I think it tastes nutty in the earthy kind of way. Very nice tobacco flavor. I mixed it at 2% 70PG/30VG. It is a strong flavoring. It was steeped for one week. And test at 3.7V and 4.2V. (Posted on 4/20/12)

Could you guys describe your flavors with more detail? I'm looking for a natural or natural tasting tobacco so I can start mixing my own Dekang "Tobacco" flavor and experiment with others in the same spectrum. I haven't tried the DK TAB bottle I have, the nutty smell alone has kept me from trying it. It's been steeping for about 2 months now, haven't gotten close enough to smell it in about a month. I might try it again if it's died down drastically.

I've tried a few others from want2vape: paris, pure "smoke" (one of my dailies), analog mild, 555.5.

The Dk Tobacco is just a hint sweet and dry, overtones of the Bugler RYO tobacco I smoked before switching. I originally bought a 10ml bottle, went back to the B/M store where I bought it and found 1 more 10ml bottle, and they started to DIY afterwards, and would not tell me where they ordered it from (wont be going back). Because it was just a re-packaged bottle of DK (they kept the picture they used online) I found it pretty quickly through madvapes. I've got about 75ml of it left :D.

If I only had one, by far the Ry1 for natural tobacco flavor. Tastes like a unfiltered Lucky or Pall Mall.

I haven't had either of them in a long time :/. Switched to RYO(Bugler) after a few years of maverick after camels, reds before that. The DK "desert ship" doesn't taste anything like a camel like I've heard it described, and it's (was ::)one of my favorite cigs. The Bugler package says it's a "turkish & blended" tobacco.

I want to find the extracts of the tobaccos used by the aforementioned brands, but have no idea where to look. If it wasn't illegal to grow your own tobacco, I would make my own extracts after I sourced the blends and seeds.

Has there ever been a list compiled of flavors, tobaccos, and types? I'll get a pipe eventually to

There aren't that many species of tobacco plants but there are a ton of different processes. There's Virginia Bright Leaf, Burley, Oriental or Turkish, Corojo, Criollo, Thuoc Lao and Latakia. Then there are the processes used to cure them. Flue, Fire, Air, Sun. Leaves are also compressed and flavored or made into cakes. So you have Tennessee Cured, Perique, Cavendish, Maduro, Kentucky Bourbon, Tennessee Whiskey, Rum, Maple, etc.

So basically you can either extract from the leaves or purchase pipe/cigar tobacco and extract that particular flavor. Or you can buy a limited amount of extracts made for vapers from vendors like MyVapeJuice.com

Hey BJ43,

I kept checking ecigexpress for the tobaccoexpress 555 and still "out of stock." I sent an email this afternoon re: when they'd be getting some more and received this:

We have about 30 bottles on the inventory shelf in house. I will be having my supervisor adjust that asap! Sorry for the inconvenience!

But ASAP hasn't happened yet. Give 'em another nudge that you really want to try it as soon as they update their site. Trust me ... this ain't squirrel bait.

Got my Ry6 Hangsens today from Indy, trying it in a EVOD Bcc with hemp over (flavor) wick. If the Ry1 is a 9 this is 8.9. Excellent with a little more ash taste like an analog and a little pepper after taste. Strong nose hit. Probably will reach a 9 IMO after a few ml thru the EVOD. I am really enjoying these hangsen. They have brought a new level of tobacco vaping. To date IMO Ry1 and Ry6 are as good as it gets. I will still vape others as I did with cigars (variety is the spice of life) and fun to have a humidor full of tobacco flavors instead of cigars.

Ry6 is great but I will still rate it a little less than the Ry1. IMO the Ry1 is my go to vape all day and in between for a change the Ry6 and Cigar. The Ry6 pepper is great for TH and NH but don't really want the after taste all day. The Cigar is also great for just that, a cigar moment. Now to try the 555 and the Pipe.

Hey Bj, I'd have to say your'e correct about that. I can vape Ry1 all day, but the Ry6 gets a bit much after a couple of hours for me. The premixed seems on the stronger side to my liking. When I get the flavoring, I should be able to balance it more with the nicotine.

I hope you enjoy the 555, and the Pipe. It sounds like I've created a monster. :D

Vape on buddy !

Ordered thank you very much! Do you have any recipes with it to share?
I just use tobacco flavors from Hangsen anymore. So not very much into recipes, just one drop per ml of base. I have sometimes mixed two of the tobacco flavors, I did not particularly like the Cuban so I mixed it with Cigar and it is now pretty good.

Thanks. I did not know if you had added anything like cherry to it and knew how it would respond to it. All good

I been vaping non tobacco flavors, still can't kick the real cig habit, still smoking 9-10 cigs/week. So I thought I would try some tobacco flavor to see if that helps. I got 3 flavors from WL, made 4 batches all 5ml 15mg(65PG/35VG).

Put them in a small container for about 6 hrs with a small faucet stream running at 122 degrees. After the warm water steep how long should I wait till I test them, 1wk, 2wks, 3wks, 4wks, or more? And is it necessary to take the lid off, can't I just crack it open to breath.

All drops are from a 1ml pipet where 40 drops is 1ml.

5ml Mtype Premium TFA........4 drops or .1ml or 2%
5ml 555 Type DK TFA............4 drops or .1ml or 2%
5ml Virginia Fire-Cured SM.....4 drops or .1ml or 2%
5ml 2 drops of the 3 flavors....6 drops or .15ml or 3%
