So just got my KFL+ v2 Ehpro clone in the mail yesterday. Tried to make my first coil with the wire that came with it and fail :(. So ran to my local smoke shop to by some Kanthal wire and bought 3 feet worth for 2 bucks, cheaper than 1 replacement coil. Was finally able to make myself a coil that ohm'd at 1.6, close enough to the 1.5 i was looking for. Used some sterile cotton balls from CVS as a wick. Took me a few tries to get the wick in and set correctly. All in all about an hour to get my first setup done correctly. Put in some Chocolate Pudding juice from Velvet Cloud Vapor and OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!! is all I can say. I don't think I will use anything else after firing this bad boy up. The vapor is soooooo tastey and it blows amazing clouds for what I was looking for. It does make the mod slightly heavy but it is worth every extra ounce in weight. Thank you ECF so much for giving me the confidence to try a rebuildable because I have never even come close to anything this good previously and I would of been lost trying to build this thing on my own with no directions and your guys previous experiences with it. Cant wait to try all my juices with this thing and see what I have been missing.

Sarge, I'm rocking right along with ya! Built up a kf mini (clone) and a kf 3.1 es (clone) this week. AMAZING!!! Love the airflow adjustment. Super smooth draw and a ton of vapor and flavor. I'm now starting to understand what all the vets have been talking about. I got a kf lite (clone) a month ago, but it didn't have the airflow control. It's o.k., but nowhere near as good as these two new ones :)

I have four Kayfun Lite Plus tanks from EhPro. One of them is the original version, and the other three are version 2. I prefer the drip tip on the original version, but I like the overall performance of the new version slightly more. These KFL Plus tanks are my favorite. I like them better than anything, including drippers. Simply the best!

On the other hand, I have a few Kayfun 3.1 tanks made by HCigar that I simply can't coil without causing a short. I just can't figure them out, must be doing something wrong.

Anyway, glad you're enjoying the KFL Plus, it makes vaping so much better!

I don't think I have an EHPro version, but mine is a decent version. Overall, the KFL+ is a good atty. The ONLY problem, is it has a plastic tank, and the glass version worries me (held together by O-rings ONLY). I've found a decent Kayfun type atty called a Squape, and it's absolutely the easiest to build on. and is glass, and holds more. downside is it's heavy, and the air comes from the 510 connector.

Someone should make a kayfun/squape hybrid...glass tank, deck like the squape, chimney that screws into the top, but put the airflow on the side like the Kayfun and have the overall looks of the kayfun. Esentially a better looking squape with a side airflow inlet. I'd buy one in a heartbeat.

After a few months of protanks, and even adding an airflow base to them, I ordered a kayfun 3.1. I had already watched YouTube videos on making coils and had really good luck right off the bat with 1.5 ohm coils. Worked so well that I had to order a second kayfun. Have not used my protanks since. No leaking or flooding with cotton wicks.

Check out this thread, about the new SmokTech RBST --> http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...tems/573713-smoktech-makes-better-kayfun.html -- I was planning on a 3rd Tobeco KFL+ at some point, but I've changed my mind, I'm getting an RBST!!!
