Reading a few simple rules will help in avoiding unnecessary frustrations.
Welcome to the forum! It really isn't that hard to get those five posts in 
Just respond to someone and welcome them. Ask your questions in your introductory thread. there are quite a few vets that do frequent the new members section.
After the five posts, you do have to wait for the server to reset. That happens every hour at 25 minutes after the hour.

Even after 5 posts I'm unable to post on other forums.
As Robino said the server updates account status at 25 minutes past the hour. Your last post above was only at 28 minutes past. Try again. Logging out and logging back in to reset cookies isn't a bad idea either.
