I have a magneto mech mod with efest imr 18350 800mah batteries, according to this chart i can go down to .75 ohms.

But in reality is that really safe?

I wont run .75 on an 18350, but i do have an omega clone with a .95 ohm dual coil build, is that safe to run?

Will the battery life blow?

And i should run the battery after its down to around 2.9-3.1 volts (3.7volt battery)?

Thanks in advance.

The battery is good to 6.4A continuous discharge. 0.75 ohms is about 5.5A with a fresh battery. IMO it's OK with a new battery that's in good shape, but once they have a bunch of discharge cycles on them their internal resistance goes up and I believe the max draw it will handle without heating up goes down. I would not run it that hard. It will also not last long per charge and it will have a shorter overall life expectancy.

0.95 ohms is much better. That's 4.4A and it goes down as the battery discharges.

Fresh off the charger these batteries meter very close to 4.2V. I aim to stop using mine at 3.7V. If you try to use them down to around 3V, you will occasionally overshoot and find them at 2.5V or less. That's really hard on them. 3V with no load will probably go down to 2.5V - 2.6V with the load you plan on putting on it. IMO that's way too low for these batteries. You will also probably notice quite the performance drop off at lower than about 3.6V.
