Welcome to both of you new people , but $20.00 for a device , is not going to get you very much . 50 to 60.00 area , will bring a lot more choices for devices that will give you a better vaping experience . It's good that the Ego got you started , but a 350 mah battery won't last very long between charges . If you only have the one , your out of luck , until it gets charged up . Eventually , you need to have back-ups for everything . Devices , carto's or atty's , tanks , or whatever , extra batteries , chargers , juice , etc . I was asked the other day at the car dealership , where I was getting my truck , serviced , how many devices did I have . My resonse was , on me , or with me , and in my truck ?? In that case 11 . 8 Ego's with tanks , atty's and carto's . a Provari , a Reo "Grand" , and a Zmax . Yes that's a bit extreme , but hey , I never get caught without .

I used to carry so much stuff lol

You'll see though. Having backups is key to success with vaping. You'll never want to be (although you probably will at some point) get stuck with broken gear and desperately waiting on a mailman. I've been at this for a while, and now have it down to a few things that get me by.

Yes we all recommend having backups. If you want the eGo style devices then I recommend you save up and buy a 2 eGo battery kit. It will come with 2 eGo batteries, some cartomizers or maybe some atomizers, and perhaps some juice. The key to success IS backup. Backup batteries, back up devices, backup juice, back up cartomizers, back up atomizers, back up drip tips, back up everything. We can't go to walmart to get a new vaporizer, so back it up!!

My only advise as an ex smoker to a n00b (I may be new to the forum, but I am certainly not new to vaping) would be to learn how to enjoy your vape. Don't replace - embrace! Learn to love it for what it is, rather than just a smoking substitute.

Also - Cheap isn't always the best. The Ego twist (650 or 1000 mah) is a great and fairly en-expensive way to get started and really get a feel for the kind of voltage/resistance/atty type that hits your sweet spot. Once you find what you like best it is easy to start looking for mods that are capable of meeting your needs - plus you already have the parts ready to try on your new mod when you do finally decide to explore other PV's and VV mods. (the 510 connector on the ego is used in the vast majority of PV's so the caromizers, carto-tanks, clearomizers, ect. you purchase to use with the ego should work properly with most other mods)

Welcome to the community and happy vaping!
