Just wondering what is going on with the order

I placed a sampler order with TVR yesterday. I was just curious if I should get an email confirmation when the order ships? So far I have yet to get any sort of notification that the order even went through other than the charge on my credit card. Being I am new to this online ordering was just wondering if this is normal. I have only purchased supplies online once before and the vendor sent a confirmation immediately and kept me updated on when it shipped ect. Just want to make sure everything is hunky dory.

Check your junk/SPAM folders? I always get an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation on my TVR orders.

I think they're backed up. My first order with them went out super quick. I'd made an order this past weekend and I'd read something about increased processing time. It all came in a timely manner.
