I see you are in PA so this particular forum won't help BUT they will certainly know of another forum - for your location - that will. Sorry, I didn't do the leg-work for ya, but it should be easy to find what you need from this starting point:
www.michiganreefers.com
You could also start with a nation forum:
www.reefcentral.com
which is where I got my Euro Reef skimmer from (from a person in Cali and had it shipped but it was surprisingly cheaper than I thought it would be).
Oh, and 'heads up': some, okay a lot, of these people are pretty hard core - but they know SW inside and out - so if you are brand new to reefing/SW you will probably be hit with a barage of advice about your new system and it can get overwhelming. All I can say to that is "don't believe the hype". I had a successful, VERY simple set up of just tank, skimmer, and refugium. I even used the dreaded tap water rather than spending bazillions of $$ on water purifiers or lugging jugs to and from the super market from those 'fill your own' Culligan stands. For full disclosure purposes: I DID start out doing the 'jug lugging' thing, but quickly said "screw this" and went with tap.

SW evaporates too fast to keep that much flippin' water on hand at all times.
These forums will not only provide good advice and reviews on places to purchase livestock, you will also find the used setups at very good prices. It is common amongst "fish people" to figure $1 per gallon on used tank prices. On craigslist and such is where you'll find your amatuers who think just becase they paid $1000 for a 75 gallon set up, that it is reasonable to sell said set up for $500 - not a chance! $1 per gallon - maybe up to $2 per gallon on a really nice predrilled setup, but you won't find people actualy (and wrongly) expecting to get out what they put in at these sites. "Fish people" know their hobby is expensive and a money pit and they accept it as such.

Oh, and lastly, if you're going 'reef' you can also do another good thing for the environment (along with recycling used equipment) by purchasing coral fragments (frags) from forum sellers rather than buying newly captured corals from the ocean which is becoming a pretty neccessary practice to save our coral reefs and our hobby.
Good Luck!!
