Justfog Maxi Clearomizer not being "recognized"

Hi everyone,
I use the itastevv3 and for some reason, when I put my Justfog Maxi tank on it doesn't work.
When I check to see if it's connected, the itaste reads "non", meaning that the itaste doesn't acknowledge the tank.

All my other tanks are working fine. I don't have any new atomizers for the Justfog and I'm wondering if that's the problem.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Does your atomizer or mod have an adjustable 510 pin?

Either it's not making contact or the coil is no good...

I figured I just blew out the atomizer. I haven't taken it apart to clean it. The store didn't have any replacement parts (waiting on a shipment). The wick is also at the top of the tank which is different from the Davide Mini, the regular Davide, and the Lava Tube tanks I have.

I just spent $25 on the tank and I just hope it isn't a dud. I've spent $100+ on tanks alone. The Justfog Maxi seems to be the one with the least amount of info online.
