These types of kits are near impossible to calculate temperature, and there's no way to really tell what temperatures you are getting. It's a fairly weak delivery system, but that doesn't mean a whole lot. I would avoid chain
vaping it if you can, but apart from that there is very little you can do, unless you are refilling the pods yourself. If so, you might add 10%DW water to the pod, although I'm not entirely sure how necessary/helpful this will be. The pods are proprietary so there's little way to know what is in them. I'd assume some PG, and that has a higher boiling point than VG. You could try adding a few drops of DW to your mix though (if you are refilling) to see if that affects temp.
If you are really worried about temperatures, well, the only way to address that is by getting a setup capable of TC (it measures your coils, wire MUST be ss, titanium or nickel. Most folks these days are using SS, as it can be used in wattage or TC mode.
A TC mod from a juul is a huge jump. You may want to decide to wait, if you are new to vaping.
Best practices are what they are, and I'm glad I use them and TC mods now, but before TC I was not using "best practices" at all, I still noted health improvements and so did my doctors. I'm just pointing it out to ease anxiety-- getting to TC vaping is a worthwhile goal, but even if you don't get there immediately-- I still achieved a ton of health benefits from vaping in wattage mode only. I think it's rare for a new vaper to jump completely to TC although it is becoming more of a "thing" and I think more folks will.
Best of luck,
Anna
