K10o ohm cut off?

I recently just purchased a nimbus atomizer. I build a dual coil using 28 awg kanthal 2/3 wraps. For some reason it doesnt want to fire on my k100 but it will fire on my other mechanical mod. What could be the reason? I've tried my other atomizers on the k100 and it seems to work. It was also working earlier with the nimbus.
