A clone of Joye 510 with Smartcart clones? no. It might be OK and 510 is a good starting ecig and one of the models I vape. But I strongly recommend manual batteries for e-cigarettes and 510's are usually totally sealed on the threaded end of manual batteries. Autos are prone to getting disabled or killed by juice leaks getting in the the hole in the threaded end of their batteries. Autos can also turn on accidentally in wind or vibration.
If the description doesn't say if those batteries are auto or manual, then there is no way to tell since the ribbon is over where the button would be on manuals.
