It's actually working really well with a tough liquid too. Just tried out a 80PG/20VG concoction of 100% PG Tasty Vapor Earl Grey tea and 20% 100mg VG nicotine. It's brought a few atties down to their knees with its' thick consistency. Very impressed. Will be ordering more.

Got mine today.

Working great... much better than my CE2 regarding ease of use and vapor production.

The first one I filled, pulled the sticker off, and put on my ePower... nothing. Screwed it on, off, changed batteries, cursed the world and finally went to the second tank to see if it was the Sapphire... instantly on and powerful vapor.

So, uh, I've only got 1 Sapphire now. How would I go about getting a DOA atomizer replaced?

I forgot to mention this in my quickie overview. I found on mine that the center pin was too recessed to make contact and fire on my Lea. I just dug it out a little bit using a bent paperclip and was off to the races. This happens all the time with 510 type connectors, so I didn't really think much about it. You might want to check it out. If you look at the threads in profile, if the center pin sits lower than the threads, this may be your issue as well.
