kamry e pipe broken

My e pipe k1000 stopped working. I changed the battery, top cap, and even put a 510 adapter on it, but I still can not get it to work for me. Can anyone tell me what to do next?

from what I have heard from my b and m, the wires come unsoldered rendering them useless, she sent them all back.

It is difficult to diagnose the problem without having it in my hands and I don't know to what extent one can disassemble the k1000 since I don't have one (have been considering picking one up though). It might be worth trying to take it apart further try to see if you can find any loose wires/connections and then attempt to re-solder them if found.

Hopefully it is a simple fix and someone that has experienced/solved a similar issue will post something.

Same happened to my dads, im contemplating a new one.
How did you put your battery in, positive down or up?
