OK got my X6 in today. How the "H E double hockey sticks" is this lower tank supposed to come apart???? I have a feeling it's pressed together. If that's the case this will be in the bottom of my box by the end of the day. I have marred and mangled this one up enough allready to make it look like it rolled down the highway and fell off a cliff.
Other bad news for me...The top cap is a different threading than the splitfire so a swap to there is a no go. Too bad. This top cap design looks like it would work awesome.
The heads are slightly different but it looks like they will work in the splitfire just from appearances.
What a shame. This unit is just about 1/4" shorter than a SplitFire and is a bit lighter.
If anyone figures out how to get the lower tank apart without destroying it, please let me know.:confused:

you fill through one of the holes
you dont remove the tank, washing it is a little pain, but it performs well, it isnt ... user friendly as i would of liked. thats why we got a limited amount, but it does come for free in the kit and performance wise its good and easy to rebuild coil but the tank not being removeable makes rewicking through the.holes a little pain, i informed them and will see what they can do.

A little pain????? There is no way I can do a SplitFire without pulling the wicks down with tweezers from the bottom. Its really a piece of work that should have never made it off the sheet of paper.
Sorry. I hate criticizing, but this one truly deserves it. I'm :confused:and:mad: And double peeved that at least that cap can't be used on the SplitFire's.

Bad, also please convey to them that I for one am done with filling with syringes. No excuse not to be able to fill anything straight from the bottle. No muss no fuss on the splitfires. Unscrew the top. pour it in, screw it back and you are good to go. Even the Vision Nano is awesome for this. this was an exceptional design thought. Unscrew the tip, drip down the post and you are done.

Also inform them that NR legs on their coils are a necessity with this one also. Mine had a nice bright appox 1/8" hot leg I noticed when doing a pre use dry burn. I disassembled to confirm, it is all resistance wire. Most everyone else is doing this now, I was kinda surprised to not see NR legs on this one.

Also let them know they need to get all this stuff right the first time. Because by the time they get a revised unit out someone else will have cloned it right. Besides the fact that vapers as a whole are getting fed up with some of these half hearted attempts coming out of some of these factories.

Thanks for listening.

yes, i just copied it to them, they got the ktx Tmod right and basicly the x6 is included without much of a additional charge to us, so i wasnt going to make a stink initialy, but the tank was suppose to be removable on the main order of x6, its being handled and ill report back,

Thanks Bad. I appreciate the fact that these thoughts and findings do indeed get to the manufacturer.
Keep on doin what you're doin'.
