Kangar or smoktech EVOD clearo

so, what is teh difference, if any, between the Kangar EVOD clearo and the Smoktech EVOD clearo?? They both look the same and hold the same amount of e-liquid. I ask this because they both seem to use the same coil head, which to me is important, because if they both use the same coil head, then that coil head can also be used in the Smoktech Tumbler which is my favorite clearo as of right now. Considering I have both the Kanger EVOD and Smoktech Tumbler, I should be able to use the same coil heads with each, thus making life a bit simpler.
